Jeff Kelley’s office was there for me from the first meeting to the end when I had to file bankruptcy. They were always friendly and professional and most important prompt to answer any and all questions I had. They made sure I understood every aspect of the processes I had to go through, making sure all the necessary paperwork was filed and I received a copy of it. All in all a great experience with all the staff I dealt with. I would use them again and would recommend them for your needs as well. This was my first experience working with an attorney. I made this very clear in my initial meeting and was assured that the process, bankruptcy, was so easy he could do it in his sleep. That made me feel very at ease. I was unaware that I would only speak to the same person one more time and then I would be unable to ask him any questions. When I am told that I can call, text, or email someone and they will get back to me as soon as they can I tend to expect that treatment. I had two weeks where I was texting and emailing questions with no response. I could very well forget this issue as it could have been an oversight. What I have trouble forgetting is showing up to my court date with absolutely no idea who was going to be there with me. I had questions prior to my case being heard and I had no way to ask them as I was not allowed to have my phone and I didn't know who to ask because I had no idea who I was expecting. I feel like the entire process was made to be more stressful than was necessary. Everyone I spoke to in the office was nice. I just feel like it could've been made easier in quite a few ways. I was also told at my initial meeting that I would be contacted after my court date to be sent some information on raising my credit score. I haven't heard a thing and haven't received anything. Just kind of a messy execution in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as a first time attorney. I would recommend them to someone who has experience with this type of thing and won't be having too many questions.

This BK law office is the best! We were in a Chapter 13, and all of the staff that we worked with was exceptional. We met with Jeff initially,who got our case started, then we were transferred over to Brian. Our case mangers, first Tori, then Lacey, we're both fantastic. The case managers are the backbone of the whole affair as far as a client's contact point. The lawyer does the heavy lifting in the background, and your case manager is the the one who tells you what's happening when you have questions, or are unsure about something. We came to a point where we decided to sell our house and pay everything off. The Motion to Sell from the court was approved , but there was a hiccup on the back side from our mortgage company's attorney . Our case manager Lacey stuck with it, fought like a mad cat, and got the required signatures so we could close on time. My great appreciation to her, and the firm that she works for! If you are EVER laid off from your job like I was, and find you can't keep up with bills, and the wolves are howling at the door, give these kind folks a call. We are now free from that stress, and are are looking at a brighter future!

Definitely was lost when I first started the bankruptcy process but they help me every step of the way!!!

I needed help filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I had too much debt verses income and sought council with one of the lawyers at Mr. Kelly's office and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in my situation. I was hospitalized for 14 days and buried in debt. The Law Office of Jeffrey B. Kelly was wonderful in clearing my bankruptcy very fast. I would recommend them to anybody who is thinking about bankruptcy and needs some guidance on what they need to do.
