Unhelpful, they will do nothing for you. Get your tax money and do zero for citizens.

This is more than they deserve!! They deserve no star. And ur right they suck. My mother's death certificate is not been released and I've been in circle for 3 weeks and no one can find it because it's not been released except SS. So I'm left with no more options. Called these idiots and we can't help and told me to call vital statistics. Been there done that. That's right back again where I started. So screw y'all!!!! mine is for attorney general. Called Congress man David Scott's office and got info I needed. Why couldn't they at least lead me there? Js

I submitted open government complaints through their mediation program. I was contacted by asst. AG. After the initial email I called her since I had more than one complaint with several state and county agencies. I was denied records after my brothers death when I questioned prehospital care. She knew all the details of what my complaints were and how the agencies handed them. She instructed me to send her documentation...which I did...it took all day and 12 emails. I received a response from her regarding the county agencies...since I did get the records nothing could be done. Regarding the state agency...well apparently AG represents them. I tried to address a real problem where Georgia did not protect the general public...they protect government agencies and officials. Governor Deal is a big part of this problem as AG doesn't go after state government without his order.

Ever heard of "legal name fraud"? Sam is a legal name fraudster and here is why:

I am a witness to Sam Olen's involvement in Medicaid fraud as it relates to the Doctors Hospital of Augusta Georgia. Several people at this hospital (notably one using the legal name "Dr. Richard Cartie" and several bar attorneys did have a little kid abducted by DFCS / CPS agents in order to trigger Medicaid reimbursement AFTER mom and dad declined multiple attempts to apply for Medicaid. Last I checked, abducting a little kid to benefit from an insurance scheme is a crime complete with living victims.

There is a another fraud going on here too: legal name fraud. Medicaid is a legal fiction and may only interface with other legal fictions in order to do "business" or legal commerce. All living beings benefiting from Medicaid must first agree to use the legal person created at the birth certificate. IF a living being does not agree to use the birth certificated person at the birth certificate then Medicaid can not "see" a legal entity, firstly, to insure it secondly.

Sam Olens knows these legal facts yet allows Doctors Hospital (HCA) to aid and abet others in the crime of third party interloping, legal name fraud, theft of copyright protected intellectual property (the birth certificate), bearing of false witness (deceiving), kidnapping, and extortion to name a few of the crimes.

Sam Olens (Temple BAR priest/thief) and those working at HCA's Doctors Hospital of Augusta are after one thing: the money at the birth certificated person. Only way for Sam to get at that money is to get you you to agree to the legal name, legal DOB, and legal address that is 100% owned by the STATE OF corporation. Use corporate property (legal names, legal DOB, legal address) and you are under its (BAR attorneys at the CROWN corporation) authority. Do not use corporate property and you are not under its authority / corporate policy. Simple.
