My family and I were involved in a reared collision with an uninsured driver a couple years back. I had the one of the worst customer service experiences. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to find out if this law firm lives up to it's 5 star rating! The operator who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional, argumentative, would not provide her name and HUNG UP ON ME! As she was attempting to get my information for a call back I was trying to tell her the phone sounded garbled, because she couldn't understand me for over-talking me she merely repeated what she was previously trying to communicate. I first saw Mrs Chole Dallaire interviewing on a TV news program about a medical malpractice case, she was representing a client and speaking out against the horrific practices of a surgeon that botched several ladies. Because I too had a botched surgery, I reached out to her to see if she could help me as well.
That was the best decision I could have made.

After speaking with multiple firms about my case and being interrupted, treated as if I was wasting their time, and coldly dismissed, I contacted the Hornsby Law Group. I almost lost my wife due to the negligence of a Dermatologist practicing cosmetic surgery.

Hornsby Law Group was there for me when no one else would take our case and successfully settled out of court. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a good attorney, as they will go above and beyond your expectations.

I suffered a near death experience resulting from liposuction performed by a local African American female Dermatologist who practices doing cosmetic surgery and everything other than dermatology. I was hospitalized for 33 days with aspiration pneumonia, sepsis, cellulitis and severe anemia requiring four blood transfusions; resulting in 3 emergency surgeries to save my life. It was a gruesome ordeal I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Even though there were several identified areas of malpractice identified, I couldn't get ONE attorney to take my case.

Six days after I was hit by a car crossing the street at a traffic light in Atlanta I met with the Hornsby group. During the incident I had been knocked unconscious from the whiplash as the car tossed me across the street. I never saw the car coming and afterwards didn't know I had been hit by a car. Seeking out a personal injury lawyer had never crossed my mind before but at times in life the unexpected occurs. Under the council of family I contacted the Hornsby group. I called them on the weekend and immediately received a call from the principal Brandon. In the immediately aftermath of the incident I was awash with many decisions how to care for my considerable injuries while suffering the consequences of a serious concussion and many joint injuries. I was scared, going through significant physical and psychological trauma. I also was having to consider legal and ethical choices I had not encountered before. While I had no desire to pursue vindictive action against the individual who injured me, I also realized that I needed to protect myself from significant medical liabilities that could challenge my ability to provide for myself.

There are a lot of personal injury firms in Atlanta, many that spend lots of money on advertising. I was reluctant to go with a big-box firm and reached out to Hornsby group because of their google reviews. My first consultation with the Hornsby group relayed my any doubts I had about partnering with the group. In my first initial consultation, Brandon, attorney Chloe and investigator Kimberly interviewed me with earnest attention to detail and compassion. The attorneys were not aggressive or pushy in their approach, but quietly confident that they were the best group in Atlanta to hire. Attorney Chloe Dallaire was very professional as she explained my case and the legal issues involved. Seven months later after many months of intense physical therapy and surgery I am approaching the end of my medical treatment from the accident and will soon receive my settlement check.

I honestly did not want to discuss my case with the Hornsby group much why I was healing, I didn't want to think about the legal issues, I wanted to focus on healing from my brain injury and many other injuries. I didn't interact with the insurance companies at all, the attorneys did it all.

In the end I received the maximum settlement and I am very thankful for their services. Lord will I will never have need to use the services of Hornsby group again but if I do I will unequivocally choose Hornsby group. Thanks so much, Chloe!
