There’s employer to answer the phone was very rude to rush you off the phone no real help.

Attorney Andre’ Ramsay is, by far, the best workers’ compensation attorney in Atlanta! I refer all of my friends and he always returned all of their phone calls in a timely matter and kept them up to date on their cases. He has a calm demeanor and you can tell he knows his stuff and he really cares about his clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services

Informed about a case involving my mother's death. I had to call because no one called me. Got a reply could not take case. This firm only wants cases that they don't have work to hard and win. Cases like my mother's this has to work to hard. Don't work with this firm and don't listen to commericals they want easy win cases.

Absolutely awful company. I was set up with an attorney four months prior to my court date, and then two weeks prior to my court date, the lawyer told me that I didn't have a strong case (even with doctors reports and being fired from my last job statimg on paper that it was due to ny disability and winning the lawsuit against them with a different lawyer) and would more than likely be dropped. She said that she would follow up with me in the next day, and that I had 24 hours to build a stronget case for her not wasting her time on me.

After that, she never called me again. No letter, nor phone calls, nothing. I had to call back to even see where my court day was, so I could cancel it myself (two weeks prior isn't enough time to get another lawyer). Why say that I have a strong case four months prior and then suddenly cancel on me two weeks from the court date? Why get my hopes up?

Do not do business with this company. They are horrible. I'm wondering if I would have had a better chance with them if I was black.

I appreciated the entire staff past and present of the firm. My family and I were treated like family. They took a personal interest in us and was there when we needed them the most. Thanks to all of you.

My experience with The Cochran Firm was none less than par excellence. The one thing that stuck out most was the level of comfort my family and I felt with them. It was almost as if they were part of our family. They were extremely sufficient and knowledgeable about our case and ensured us that they would do what it would take for us to have positive results. The Cochran Firm handled my mother’s case very well. It did take awhile to get the ball rolling, but it was the other party to blame for that. I would recommend them to others for the same type of case. They were very personable to my family and I. They even went as far as giving me a baby gift shortly after I gave birth. After two years of working on my case, I was satisfied with the outcome. There are lawyers who specialize in certain types of cases and everyone should do their due diligence to find the right one for them. Commercials are a big part of advertising and there are lots of lawyers to choose from. I was blessed to have chosen mine correctly.

Very disappointed in the customer service just received by the secretary who answers the telephone calls. She had a very unpleasant attitude and disposition. Refused to give me her name and forwarded my call to some automated system. I definitely will not be pursuing my case with this firm because of this type of behavior. I would never want to be associated with a firm who hires careless individuals.

Very disappointed When I called the firm and provided information regarding my medical malpractice case. I was informed that the statute of limitations had already run. I called back after researching Georgia laws on medical malpractice, and told them that according to Georgia law, the statute begins running at the time the malpractice is discovered. Never just two years after the incident. I asked them to do the research, but never heard back from them. The Johnny Cochran I knew when I lived in California would have at least done the research and had the courtesy of returning my phone call. This firm does not have the level of professional attorneys to adequately resolve your case. Sad!

They are awful. Do not use this firm. They drag your case out and then drop you for no reasons.

Worst person to answer the phone wen i called was a lady that was so rude she cared less to me asking for help on a work related case . there commercial said they handle those kind of issues but then she tells me they dont and never did, at this point i was puzzled. But then i ask to speak to somone els she told no there is no one els to talk to so if you have a problem go to the better business bureau. A DISGRACE TO THE GREAT JOHNNY COCHRAN. im sorry but i dont recommend this law firm.

I was with the Cochran firm and at the last minute before my trail at court, I received a letter stating that they would no longer be representing me. That I would have to get another lawyer to represent me. I will never ever refer them to anyone!!!!!! It's sad really, the way they do things. I gave the information they wanted, and all that was asked of me!! To have to go Thur this!! I can work, and as I am sure anyone knows; if you are filing for disability, (you have some serious problems and you want someone who is going to represent you and get you the help you badly need. The Cochran didn't do that for me at all!! They stuff on TV is a joke!!! And I am sure that I am not the only ones out here with a bad experience with them!!!! Good luck if you use them!!!!

What they do on ur case you will come out cheaper doing it ur self i called faxed an did all the talking on my son case this firm never call you to let you know whats going on with ur case dnt return calls & if you dnt do what need to get done on ur case it wont get done just keep looking past this firm if you want to win

if you sign on with Cochran you are pretty much on your own..they would not so much as to make one phone call to the other insurance co to get my claims process started.good luck trying to reach an attorney..you go straight to voicemail an NO return call... these people are not your advocate ..they sign you up and wait on settlement..and they get annoyed if you ask them for help..both ,incompetent and lazy

my experience with this firm is horrible I am in the process of finding another law firm to hire for my ssd case a firm that will call and be in contact with me to let me know whats going on with my case.its been 3 months and I have yet to hear from Quinn brock my so called attorney I call and request a call back for information and my phone doesn't have any calls from them in my call log smh this firm is noting more than a name.I recommend that anybody who is looking for an attorney keep scrolling past this firm!!!!! O AND DID I MENTION SOME OF THE RUDE PEOPLE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE SOMETIMES!!!!!!

Terrible place for ssi case. They were my lawyers for my son's ssi, I did all the work took my son to doctor visits, appts ect...and you mailed or called them and they would tell ssi for you something you can honestly do yourself without giving them 25% in the end. This went on for 2 years as soon as my court hearing came up I get a letter saying they let my case go because the basically did not think I would win. It took them 2 years to figure that out? I could have saved my time and just did this myself which I basically did anyways. No wonder their service is free unless you win your case it should be.
