Mr Arnold and his staff has been very helpful to my family in settling a old estate case. Had they not been assigned our case I think this estate would have gone undistributed and eventually into the states coffers rather than in our family's accounts. We are grateful to them for knowing who to recruit to locate us. This case had been collecting dust in probate for 12 years. Once they got it, things started happening.

I have been waiting for 3 years for a creditors claim to be resolved. For over 2 years Mr. Arnold and his staff has ignored my calls, not had the courtesy to contact me. Mr. Arnold provided excellent service in handling my divorce. He was always professional and consistent in preparing and sending documents in a timely manner. Whenever I had questions or concerns he was always available and I would receive a response to email or phone call within 24-48 hours.
