Tom and Lori are amazing. They are there to help me every step of the way. Anytime I call or email they patiently answers my questions and explains the process to me with an interpreter. Tom Holder gave me free consultation through my claim waiting for WC to approve my claim. After 5 phone calls and me doing what he said I should. Workers Comp approved the claim. After that he said I was good to go and advised it WAS NOT in my best interest to pay for his service at the time. Most attorneys would have taken my money and ran. He said to call back if they try anything else.

My primary Worker’s Compensation lawyer was Jim Long, who worked for Long & Holder. Jim retired the end of 2018, and then my lawyer became Tom Holder. The name of the firm changed from Long & Holder to Gerber & Holder. Though Jim is retired, he is a consultant for Gerber & Holder. Jim was amazing as a lawyer. He consulted with me after he retired, because there were elements about my case that I did not understand. Both Jim and Tom were very helpful, conscientious, and men of integrity. My phone calls and email messages were answered quickly by both of them. They guided me through the entire worker’s compensation process, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them to someone who needed a Worker’s Compensation lawyer.

Jason Lanahan is the man super nice guy I got injured on the job and was pretty much screwed got in touch with Jason not only did he get my medical benefits started he also got back pay for loss time and a check every week he handled everything would always stay in touch so I knew what was happening and in the end he fought to get me a fair settlement. Christopher Gifford was assigned to me and he kept in constant contact, just checking on me and my family. He worked diligently so make sure I was completely taken care of. Chris is terrible. Almost 6 months in and nothing has been done. I can’t even pay my bills because my job has let me go due to my injury. They say they didn’t let me go but I am not working nor getting paid. He never even calls to keep me updated on anything I have to chase him down, I’m am so upset looking into possibly getting as new lawyer.

I genuinely do not know what I would have done about my case if it hadn't been Ben Gerber. Mr. Gerber was there for me before I ever retained him as counsel. He answered every question and concern for me along the way. Once I officially retained him. He hit the ground running making sure my appointments were being made and that my compensation was being delivered and allocated correctly.
