Worst experience!!! My daughter was involved in an accident at the end of August, called The Ken Nugent Law Firm the beginning of September 2019. It is now the end of January 2020, five months later. We have no idea what is going on!! We were told by letter three months ago that the case was being worked on and to not contact them, told that phone calls and emails would not be responded to. They would contact us when they had something to report. This is the worst customer service ever!!!

My lawyer was Blake Fluevog. Him and the staff was very excellent in handling my case. They were prompt in building my case and getting information to me. Kenneth Nugent will forever be the law firm I use. This was my first car accident ever I was so terrified but mr Blake made sure I was okay and helped me whenever he could so I totally recommend Blake one call that’s all Kenneth nugent office will get you right thanks a lot Blake and also to his staff .

Honestly, in the beginning I didn't know what to expect from this experience. My whole life was flipped over from the accident, my arm went through the passenger side window and struck the concrete when the truck rolled over on it's side, my right arm was torn open and that's where it all began. After spending hours in the emergency room, doctor's digging glass and debris from the wound. I ended up with 14 stitches and a mangled mess of an arm. A few days later I received a call from the insurance company, they informed me that there was nothing they could do. So with my arm infected and in a sling, I felt absolutely defeated, worrying about how I was going to get my arm fixed. I honestly didn't know what I was going to do, knowing that my arm would never be the same again. But then I made a decision to call Mr. Nugent's law firm and see what my opinion were. As soon as they answered the phone and I explained my situation, they automatically put my worries to ease. Not only did they take my case, they helped me with doctors and appointments to get the help that I needed. Not one time during this whole ordeal did I have any problems or concerns that wasn't answered or taken care of promptly. Jasmine, my case manager was absolutely wonderful. She reached out to me on a regular basis, to check on my treatments and kept me updated on the case. She calmed any fear or question that I had, and I'm so thankful for that. I ended having surgery to remove more debris from my arm, again the law firm kept in contact with me, from beginning to end. My lawyer Mr Robinson was amazing and did exactly what I would expect from a lawyer, he's a wonderful lawyer and did exactly what he said he would do. So, now with my arm completely repaired, minus the scar, I was able to get a great settlement and finally got my life back. Thank you for everything that you did for me and my family.
