I was having trouble with my previous attorney that was assigned to my worker's comp case. I decided to fired them call Gary hayes martin office in Norcross GA and I was assigned to a new lawyer Mr.Griffin and his secretary Ms.Tianna. This was the best decision made. They answer all my questions and the secretary Ms.Tianna always went out her way to answer any of my questions as well return my calls/email.The fought hard for me, My case yas settled in a 2 months. I have been injured from workers compensation for the past three years. It is 2020 and I am still suffering from the injuries I have received on 12/8/16. I have not been happy with being represented by my attorney at the time Mr. Griffen. I have been treated like the defendant not the victim since I got this firm to represent me. I have reached out more times then I can count to Mr. Hays over the past year's, but no response. I refused to settle for the low amount that was brought to my attention and I've done everything my lawyer has ask me to do, bringing evidence showing my injuries are still very bad to this day. I also talk about the video tape of the incident from day one, but it was not brought up until a year later and they said it was erased. I have not/nor can I physically work for the past three years. I tried to work for the company with work restrictions and I couldn't get through the day and had the go to the emergency room the next morning from all the pain I was in. I also had Belle pasly that paralyzed the left side of my face from stress over this case. Today 1/10/20 I received a letter telling me that Mr. Griffen was not representing me no more and that is fine because he really wasn't doing a good job, but now you tell me that I owe you money when I don't have a dime to my name and have medical bills show's me that this firm only cares about what they can get out of it. My life will never be the same again. I will be 35 year's old in February with knee/back problems, the fact that you want way more money for what you wanted me to settle for show's me they don't care about my health, but there pockets. If I could give zero stars I would. Fact are facts. I also told my lawyer and the person your firm sent to my home to take my case I was purposely hit at work and it was not a accident.

Let's get something straight since you finally want to respond after three years of trying to contact you. I have been trying to leave your firm. I went to only two deposition which Mr. Griffin was not happy because I would not settle for 6k for 25 percent goes to him. And all the actually evidence I brought to your firm and you did nothing. I told Mr. Griffin that I didn't want him to represent me anymore before you claim you drop me as a client,
so all these fake review's lies just like your office do.

I was on the way home from work one day on Lawrenceville Hwy in Lilburn, Georgia. There was lots of traffic. I was either stopped all the way like everyone else or almost to a complete stop and then all of a sudden I saw grey and felt pain. Gary Martin Hays and Associates was a pretty good law firm, the only thing that I had a problem with was not being able to have weekly communication. I would have liked if my attorney could have kept me updated on a weekly basis. I don't think you could find a more personable squad of attorneys. If you walk in with any anxieties, you won't be leaving with them. Every time I met, or spoke, with anyone there it felt more like I was asking a friend for their advice than I was getting legal counsel. The ride could not have been smoother. Great job!

My wife was injured in a wreck by a careless driver who couldn't see the line of cars stopped at a red light; she didn't even hit her brakes before hitting my wife at close to 40mph. This was just the beginning of a crazy and, less than unique insurance experience.

The at-fault driver's insurance company was anything but unique. It took me over 3 days to get a "unique" representative to answer the phone and file our claim. Once we did get ahold of a representative we were told we would need to pay out of pocket for our rental car and they would, uniquely, reimburse us for our troubles when we returned the car. Due to the less than unique request, and the more than 2 weeks it took, we met with Gary Martin Hays & Associates. Within a few days our car was being worked on and Rhonda, our representative, took the lead from there.

My wife was in treatment for a nasty concussion for close to 6 months and Rhonda was right there with us for the duration. Once her treatment was completed, Rhonda worked with us and stayed in constant contact to gather all of our necessary records in order to complete our claim. She was the unique one!

All-in-all, GMHA took care of us. The frustrations we had along the way with the less than unique insurance company we were fighting with...they were all eased by Rhonda and the rest of the GMHA team. When you need a lawyer it's not best of circumstances. I found Rhonda Newton at Gary Martin Hays to be professional, kind and gathers the information needed to provide the best outcome for their clients. It's refreshing to see a positive attitude and impact on the people they represent!!

If I could rate lower than a star, I would. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the Duluth office of Gary Martin and Hays. They aren't professional and they do NOT care. By this I mean that they do NOT sympathize with you or the hardship(s) you're going through or enduring. They are so automated in what they say to try to come across as sympathetic. EPIC FAIL. I say this because every conversation and every email starts off with an automated , " I am soooo sorry," or "I could only imagine what its like.." but it sounds very insincere. I spent a lot of time waiting in their office. They set appointments with me just to make me WAIT and WAIT an hour or longer just to reschedule later on. They inconvenienced me on a good few occasions with scheduling appointments just for it to fall through without word or warning. Nothing. They wasted my time and its honestly rude and unprofessional. The icing on the cake was my disbursement day. Long story short, they are dishonest, greedy, unprofessional, tacky and unprepared. I WILL NEVER recommend anyone to go to Gary Martin Hays! I do not feel like they even deserved the cut they received from MY INJURIES (broken femur) and my case. They were uncaring, slow about getting things done, wasted my time and obviously try to 'get over' on people. Mr. Cheves insulted my intelligence...He should spend more time checking over his cases more thoroughly rather than being a "fast talker". Mr. Cheves is simply at work just to collect a check. A check that, if it weren't for 'US' he wouldn't get/have. Its bad enough enduring the hardships I've gone through just to have to deal with Mr. Cheves, Rachael Weeks and Isabel to add to my grief. The experience that I have had with Gary Martin Hays and Associates has been phenomenal. When my accident happened, I was unemployed, without insurance and not quite sure where to turn. I called the doctor that the ER referred me to in order to discuss my injuries in more detail. Unfortunately I need further testing because it seemed as if the injuries were soft tissue injuries. The doctor referred me to an MRI center, however they denied care because I didn't have insurance, I figured that I'd run into this issue regardless of which MRI center I called. I decided to reach out to Gary Martin Hays....OMG, I wish I would have called them much sooner. I called on a Friday and had appointments scheduled for the following week. Stephanie and Philip worked seamlessly to get me to the right doctors to get the care that I needed. I have been treated as if I am their number 1 client (which I definitely know that I am not).
