Do not use. Barely communicated the entire year long process, I feel like I barely knew anything. Was only settled on part of what was owed. Nice people while working with them, but instantly different attitude afterwards. Do not care about their customers. Tried to justify not doing everything that was promised and was left with medical bills on my credit. Sent the forms to her months prior and was promised that they would be taken care of and after the settlement was finalized, $500 was put on my credit from the expenses listed to them. Stated that she knew it would not be taken care of and did not let me know that before the settlement was finalized. Ended up only up $400 after expenses from the accident. And when asked if they were going to help me find a solution, was told that I could make payments to the hospital even though they made it clear that this would be taken care of. Which I paid the $500 still owed would still leave me out $100. Only care about getting your money. Nearly felt like they were against me, read multiple other reviews saying the same thing. Do not waste your time. A year of my life I will never get back, highly recommend seeking elsewhere. Jill Judd was the attorney. Can’t say much about the rest of them, but do not use her.

They are not very friendly however answer the phone and ask you how can i make you smile.. They can never give any update on the case the entire time other than we don’t know... usually the receptionist is very sarcastic and that leads me to my case worker Janelle... I wouldn’t recommend her. She will belittle your regards and pretend like it’s no big deal to her. Very sarcastic and normally when or if she calls you back the phone call will be utterly quick with a lot of attitude. I can hear her brows frowning as we talk. I advised her that just getting through several layers to talk to her is an issue her response is “every business has a receptionist” as if the average person wouldn’t know that. She makes it clear it’s everyone fault but hers and cuts you off without listening to your concerns and rush you off the phone. Working with Janelle has been by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Only until i spoke with her supervisor Julia was i able to get anything accomplished... once my case is finished... i won’t ever be back.
DO NOT CHOOSE MONGE and associates THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENT. And if they do they need better representatives that show it cause Janelle was not it

I dont like some of the things that have transpired so far. We will see how things turn out and I may amend this review. At the moment they are not keeping us updated on what's going on with the case. When we call we leave a message because they dont take your calls. They usually dont call back. Called again today and call returned by a paralegal that had no answers and had no idea what was going on. Have this guy feeling that staying with this law firm may have been a mistake. Will update this when everything is over.

My experience with this law firm has been very BAD and very POOR COMMUNICATION having Clark Carrell as my Attorney on multiple cases of mine he has been not reliable, unavailable and never listen to my reasoning about my cases not having my best interest at hand it has been a messy situation to have him as my attorney any future legal help DO NOT consult this Law Firm you would be better to do it on your own just keep your receipts from your doctor, rental car and expense and the insurance company will work with you instead of given your lawyer 40% on something you can do because yourself because you have a 2 year wait to get medical paid, I did and got all my money.......BUYER BEWARE

THEN his calm and demeanor is revealed by his first sentence and recapping his understanding .. precisely and to the "T" Then you sit even more upright and with added layer of confidence that you came to the right representation.
