For starters how about having a relationship with your clients and stop having your paralegal employee contact us once in a blue moon about our case. I've had several attorneys in my life and every one of them had a relationship with my family and I. Secondly, stop losing important paperwork that was sent to your paralegal. Case has gone on for over 2 years and we have spoken with you one time and that was before we hired you and you reassured us that we were making the best decision by hiring you....

I unfortunately wasted a year with the first attorney I hired to handle my tractor trailer accident case!! There wasn't any communication with them at all & once they did reach out to me it was to advise me to take an unreasonable settlement. I didn't know what to do at that point. I reached out to the firm & within 24 hours I was meeting face to face with David Dozier. After only a breif conversation I knew I had the right man for the job. He was so knowledgeable & experienced. He helped me with getting to the healthcare specialist I needed for treatment, which I thought wouldn't happen because I didn't have health insurance but Mr. Dozier handled that as well. Mr. Dozier fought for & won my case. He was able to recover six figures!! Im so appreciative to him & his hardworking team. I would highly recommend them to handle anyone's law needs.

The commercials really bother me. You don't have to blow out someone else's candle to shine ; I would expect an old man to be wiser than that. After seeing the commercials and reading these reviews I wouldn't step foot into this establishment. Take my advice and do better promo like actual satisfied clients.

I'm unhappy with the service that I am receiving. These people Do Not call or Return emails. They don't pass information. Haven't told me about anything. I feel pressured into keeping my case open. I didn't really choose them. They choose me!. They gave me a call, cause of my friend whom was in the accident with me. It's only been a few months. But, I wanted it opened n closed. Just very unhappy.

My accident is still being "worked" by the Dozier Firm. Yet, their quality of care makes it incumbent upon me to make comment. On the day I was in the emergency room, 2 "BIG" advertised law firms were too busy to help me. The Dozier firm had a representative available within 30 minutes of my initial call. Despite the fact they are handling my health care/injury claim, they have been pivotal in helping me navigate the complexities of property damage between the credit union, primary insurance and GAP insurance Thanks for your help. You have helped preserve my tenuous grasp on sanity in this confusing situation.

UPDATE: Some unexpected staffing changes at the Dozier Law Firm left me with a sense of abandonment. Rather than letting my frustration build to anger, I made a visit to the firm today. Greeted with concern by a para-legal, I was able to freely air my concerns and fears. I then was introduced to Mr. Dozier for a reassuring conversation. I appreciate that they understood my fears and concerns rather than defensively dismissing them.

David Doorer is an awesome lawyer! He believed me when no one else would. Other lawyers assumed that because I was young and African-American, I couldn't possibly know what I was talking about, but I did. Mr. Doorer gave me a chance when no one else would even give me an appointment to allow me to fully tell my side of the story. Mr. Doorer not only let me talk, but he listened and believed me; he was very thoughtful and helpful. We fought, we won. I would recommend him to anyone who is having issues with large companies who believe they can treat you any kind of way because they have money. This is the office for the regular everyday person. I am not at all pleased with this law firm. Dr George Phillips was difficult to reach and took months to finally tell me that he didn't want to take a case that he isn't sure he can win. No case is guaranteed, but if he'd have let me know that he wasn't interested months earlier, I'd have had more time to find a competent attorney who would actually listen to what I had to say. I lost a kidney because a doctor lied to me for months after he damaged me during surgery. I went septic ...twice and almost died...After months of me trying to explain that, Dr Phillips still thought I was suing because of the initial surgery. He would not listen...and that has cost me precious time that I didn't have. Don't waste your time here for medical malpractice. They don't have the funds to take it to court unless it's a sure win...

I was so disappointed in my experience there. They misplaced paperwork, then when I brought them documents on electronic format, they misplaced THAT for about a month. Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner if at all. I think the Sr Mr Dozier used to run a good practice but it’s gotten too big for him to manage adequately. I’m glad I found a better attorney (for my father) who was responsive & responsible.
