they lied to me from day one that is not correct my wife had a problem in boderline that's why i went to see this lawyer they told me they were going to check their record and then after 3 months they talked to me the record is clean now tell me what you want me to do there began our dream we already pay everything when we was almost ready to go to cd juarez i felt a bad feeling and i explains it assistant lawyer she told me don't worry everything is gona be alright after 2 weeks the lawyer talked to me i want to speak with your wife what do you want to talk to her about she has to leave the country for apply for other waiver he told me but you are not sure that they give i don't understand why so many lies my wife has almost 15 years without seeing his mom she is sad her mom goes sick since the beginning they tell me the truth i don't spend all that money and my time i would like to recover my money everyone is entitled do what you want with your money for keeping quiet people keep abusing people the lawyers always blame the people i will never forget this bad experience don't trust any lawyer criminal with tie.

As a side note: this is also a very family friendly firm. We needed a meeting when my toddler and infant were out of daycare, and everyone was welcoming. Yet he replies and says everything I wrote was untrue, my mom was a witness to everything that was said at your office that day and she saw our text messages. I tried to show you text messages that day, that i sent you and you not replying for 3 weeks but you wouldn't see them. We didn't speak for 3 weeks before me going to that office to get my money back. How you would disrespect someone in front of their mom like that is very eye opening. I would never want someone like you as a lawyer sir. The only one that was making a scene at your office was you, yelling at me and throwing my money order and paperwork at me and telling me to get out, my mom and i left without saying anything, Me arguing? Nice lie buddy and you also did lose most of the paperwork i had to run around to get, which you're lying about, I even called your office a week later to see if anything was left behind . You take advantage of people. Thank you for insulting me also, I never forget things like this. Just goes to show your professionalism. . DO NOT GO HERE

Personalmente mala experiencia el señor cobra caro $250 por menos de cinco minutos para terminar recomendándome irme a mexico sin buscar ninguna solución para ayudarme con mi caso ni siquiera reviso los papeles q yo llevaba para mostrarle q tengo un caso estancado creo q mi caso es difícil por eso no lo quiso tomar pero lo q si tomo fueron los $250 ♂️

Mayo-Junio del 2015 por recomendación de un amigo fue mi primera visita con el abogado Charles Kuck, gracias a Dios y a él tomé una decisión que fue positiva. Desde entonces mi familia, amigos y yo ante cualquier paso importante legal lo buscamos a él por su objetividad. Mi hermana aplicó Asilo Político y quien ha llevado su caso es la abogada Alexis Ruiz quien se ha preocupado porque todo marche bien. A partir de allí (Gustavo, Igor, Stefany, Margarita, Nelly, Jesus Han sido amigos que he recomendado y todos coinciden conmigo en la asertividad). I did not like his services, he is an inexperienced lawyer, he took my husband's case, giving me hope that he had possibilities of bail, when he was not, and then he lied to me saying that it was sure that he would get him the voluntary exit, but He was also lying just to get me more money, and then I could not communicate with him even if he left messages with the secretary, or on the answering machine he did not call, and to add insult to injury when the judge denied the voluntary departure and ordered the deportation , he did not reject the right of appeal, when I already told him that if Thursday did not give my husband voluntary departure, that he no longer wanted to fight or continue there, and I lie, he told me to give him his passport of my husband and that he was going to hand him over to immigration, to be deported as quickly as possible, but since he did not reject the right to appeal, my husband has to be in jail for 30 days because of the lawyer's negligence, rage and imp Thank you, knowing that this type of lawyers are there, and it gives me more grief, because I trusted the firm and thought it was one of the best, because the lawyer Charles Kuck, takes my case and my sister's, and I thought how it works for the firm, it would be effective but it was not like that, that bad experience, I recommend that before hiring this lawyer they inform themselves and what Ami does not happen to them,

No me gusto Sus servicios, es un abogado sin experiencia, tomó el caso de mi esposo, dándome esperanzas que tenía posibilidades de una fianza, cuando no era así, y luego me me mintió diciendo que era seguro que le conseguiría la salida voluntaria, pero también fue mentira solo para sacarme más dinero, y luego no podía comunicarme con el aún que le dejara mensajes con la secretaria, o en el contestador el no llamaba, y para colmo de males cuando el juez, negó la salida voluntaria y ordenó la deportación, el no rechazó el derecho de apelación, cuando yo ya le avía dicho que si el jueves no le daba la salida voluntaria a mi esposo, que ya no quería pelear ni seguir más ahí, y me echo mentiras me dijo que le diera el pasaporte de mi esposo y que el, lo iba a entregar a migración, para que lo deportaran lo más rápidamente posible, pero como el no rechazo el derecho de apelar, mi esposo tiene que estar 30 días en la carcel por negligencia del abogado, me da rabia y impotencia, al saver que ahí este tipo de abogados, y me da mas pesar, xq yo confiaba en la firma y pensé que era una de las mejores, por que el abogado charles Kuck, lleva mi caso y el de mi hermana, y pensé que como trabaja para la firma, sería eficaz pero no fue así, que mal experiencia, les recomiendo que antes de contratar a este abogado se informen y no les pase lo que Ami,
