I called with a very large problem I'm having. The lady was in a hurry to get off of the phone with me. She could not or did not answer any of my questions. She was suppose to call me back the next afternoon or have some one else call me back, I have not heard from any one to this point. I'm very frustrated. Why can't they just let me know what I can do about my situation before it's to late.

I've known for a long time that "legal aid" is a joke. I want to share the truth with all of you so you can see for yourselves how important legal self education is. Start making a change for yourselves and your children's future. Legal processes shouldn't be so hard to get thru that you need a specialist to come do it for you. Just justice for sale then. No attorney wants to help you they want money. All of it.

Really, really hard to get help here unless your case is a slam dunk child support issue. Not many available Attorneys. If you are male, pretty much forget about it.

My case was a very daunting one to say the least . The team I had, with Donna Owens at the helm, had my best interest at heart and worked hard to get the results we felt were important. They were a true blessing during a very bleak time in my life. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the Conroe location.

The staff were unable to offer anything to help after they agreed to assist me in addressing the needs of a protected class person unable to help themself.
I’m not sure what kind of business the staff here think they work at. The staff act as though the organization is a non-profit or another welfare org where they Lord over the public. They must not realize they still get their paychecks straight from tax payers and they don’t need to do anything but, show up and check in to get paid. Maybe if they had more concerned citizens asking where their tax dollars go it might make a difference. After weeks of phone calls, hang ups, phone appointments, visits, and faxes I have yet to have the person I’m representing receive intake.

I think they are keeping the money for their extravagant and really large lunches... Been trying to get help from them for 3 years now. They haven't done anything but tell me I qualify but they don't have enough help our resources. Then why the hell are you open. Place to eat lunch on tax payers and charity donors. Suck up the a.c.. And stands by as innocent people are hurt n abused n stuck in bad situations.
"Oh yes you did qualify. Bit this is a new grant season. Can you fill out these ten thousand forms again. And we'll take 4 months to let you know anything. Another 4 months tho follow up. And lastly 6 months to send you a letter saying we don't have enough people to help you" .. Thank you for your non business..have a good day

My wife needed legal aid for an SAPCR case vs. her ex suing because he has the money to do it. Simple as that. No help. Probably not their fault. A representation of our "justice" system.

Does not answer phone calls or messages. Does not help low income families just sends them in circles till they give up.

This is also a joke service. They do not help people. Racist and don't really care.

I highly do not recommend using this service.
