From the moment we first engaged Dudley DeBosier we felt like family. Specifically, we worked with Mr. Josh Anderson and his legal assistant Ms. Jill Prather. Both Josh and Jill were both very genuine and kind and my family and I honestly felt that they were genuinely concerned about our well being. From the start, their number one priority was making sure that I was okay after the accident. I didn’t know what to expect and was very hesitant to engage legal services at all. I can’t emphasize enough was a positive experience we had with Josh and Jill specifically, but in fact with everyone we met along the way. They guided us along though very unfamiliar territory and we felt so at ease and completely comfortable with all aspects of the process. Communication was excellent and quite often was not just to update us on the current status, but also and more regularly just to see how I was feeling and to make sure I was getting better. The entire staff was warm and kind and had a genuine desire to treat us like family and not just a client. Again, my family and I can’t emphasize enough how comfortable we were with Josh Anderson and Jill Prather and the ENTIRE team at Dudley DeBosier. We would very highly recommend Dudley DeBosier for legal services. We would also like to mention that the receptionist, Noel, and Ms. Barbara Cook were wonderful to work with as well. Both were very warm and friendly. If I were giving a “star” rating, it would be a solid 10 out of 10!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away! I went to them for a work injury and from the very beginning it was the worst mistake of my life. My first consultation was with a lawyer filling in for mine who didn't even handle work related cases my lawyer was just late and he had no idea what to do. He even had the wrong form for me to fill out. Then I had to call time and time again to ask what was going on bc nobody EVER called me and I ALWAYS had to leave a message to have someone call me back...A DAY LATER. Then after I couldn't get help I finally to my doctor look just let me go back to work bc I'm BROKE...then after I told my lawyers SECRETARY that he finally calls me back and is mad bc I told the doctor to release me. If that isn't bad enough I am STILL getting bills for my doctor and its going against my credit when the insurance company should have payed for it. So unless you are a lawyer and can handle your own case and don't want the worst experience of your life stay away from this absolutely terrible place. Or so called lawyers!!! My case is under my first name Michael.

I just wanted to say thank you to my attorney Lauren Cavalier. She has been very positive and helpful to me during this difficult time since my accident this past spring. After my accident I knew I would need someone to help to guide me through the medical process. I Immediately thought of Dudley DeBosier.. When my son graduated from high school he applied for a scholarship that they were awarding. He received the scholarship and a laptop computer. I felt like any firm that was willing to help young people in our community would be the kind of people I needed to help me. I had no idea what to expect when I finally made the decision to contact an injury lawyer, like many others I always frowned upon injury lawyers often referring to them as ambulance chasers looking to take advantage people and making up or at least exaggerating even the smallest of injuries! After my accident I still felt the same way blaming them as part of the high insurance rate problem...that ignorance and my pride almost cost me my life!! Literally! I was hesitant and ashamed making that first call and let me tell you that was the only time I felt that way!! The accident caused injuries that hit not right after the accident but a couple weeks later. So much so I feel ashamed that I once thought the way I did! My attorney, Brandon Brown has gone so far and beyond what I’ve expected it’s humbling!! His assistant Mrs Carol has been nothing but kind and eager to help always showing concern for my wellbeing..in fact there has not been one person I’ve personally spoke with that didn’t treat me with kindness and compassion!! I never thought my life could change for the worse so fast and so drastically like it has and without Brandon and Mrs Carols complete compassion and understanding..I would’ve never been able to get through this! There may be injury firms out there like the one I described above..but it’s NOT Dudley Debosier!!! My wife, my daughters, my brothers, my mother and myself cannot thank you enough Brandon and even though my case is still going on, you’ve shown all of us how important what you do at Dudley Debosier is to people like myself, your professionalism, integrity and honest compassion has been a God send and I firmly believe that!! Not to sound like a commercial but if you’ve been in an accident I’m living proof on how important it is to get checked out regardless if you think you were injured or not!! While traveling in Gonzales, Louisiana, my car was struck by a truck whose driver made a left-hand turn on a red light. It was a hard hit that broke my collarbone — right next to my new left shoulder replacement, so I was frightened (about whether the shoulder surgery had been disturbed), in addition to being in pain. Paul LaBorde of Dudley DeBozier was consistently concerned and helpful to me. My car had to stay in Louisiana for repairs, I had to fly to my next stop and then home — and through all this, Paul was consistently supportive and encouraging of my full recovery. He handled everything that needed to be done, and I knew he was there to help me whenever I needed it. The staff at Dudley DeBozier was professional and friendly, and, overall, these folks made a bad situation more bearable. My settlement seemed fair; had it not, I am confident that Paul would have worked to make it right. He’s a good man.

I am very disappointed with the service and outcome of this law firm and their practices . Dudley and Debosier takes too large of a percentage of your money to represent you, in addition to doctor fees, court fees, medical reports, bank fees, etc. By the time they are done, you will receive much less than 50% of your money. Their communication is also very poor and they do not call back when they say they will. They are definitely operating with a spirit of greed and ravaging the poor. I would strongly not recommend them to represent a dog! BEWARE!

My experience here was not the most pleasant, I feel that I wasn't important to the attorney assigned to my case. Reason being I wouldn't hear from him weeks at a time after I had attempted to contact him and I was actually called by a supervisor to see how I felt about the way things were being handled with my case and bi expressed to him my dissatisfaction with with the attorney assigned to my case. However nothing changed. The attorney called me one time I missed his call by a matter of seconds I literally called right back and the person upfront says he's unavailable and would SEE if his assistant is available and that person was always unavailable. I don't think he's a bad guy but I think since I didn't have a $100,000 settlement or more then I wasn't a priority and I could see that and I also felt that. And get this I actually went their by taking advice from someone else. I never actually met with Dudley or debossier only the person assigned to my case. Nothing like the commercials in my experience!!!
