I was on the phone with attorney Hegwood today and I was blown away! She really knows her stuff and she's very passionate about the work she does.

Kim is a wonderful attorney! She prepared all of our family estate planning requests, including our trusts, power of attorneys, guardian docs, as well as wills and end of life documents. Kim made us feel like we are part of the family, and every time we go into the office, she makes our family feel absolutely at home. The office staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to meet your requests and help you out. This is the office for any estate planning, probate, Medicaid, family, and guardianship needs.

They are professional and knowledgeable all while being personable with their clients. We're very pleased with the services we've been provided through Hegwood Law Group.

Kim and her team are very thorough. They make you think about areas that you never considered and make sure that you even have a backup for your backup plan.

I really haven't had alot of dealings with lawyers, but went in dreading the whole thing and came out very happy that it was not like I expected. All the people in the office where a delight. ... Very friendly and informative on different issues I had going on. When I needed to ask a question never had a problem getting them on the phone with a quick answer. Will be using them very soon again for family matters. Definitely recommended if you need to make a Will or probate ....everyone waits till the last minute for there Will you never know it's for the best of everyone to have one.....

Hegwood Law Group by far is one of the best law firms I’ve worked with. I had estate matters in TX that were mishandled by a different attorney. After one phone consult they immediately stepped in and took over finalizing the estate concerns. Danielle and Kim were always available day or night ready to answer any questions I had. Even when I expressed bad judgement due to lack of knowledge they always steered me in the right direction instead of going with “whatever the client says”. To me that exudes true client focused representation. Many law firms would’ve easily seen me as an opportunity to maximize a bill being that I lived in NC but not Hedgewood. I recommend them any day and I consider them my TX attorneys.

I had called to inquire about help and possible representation for a probate issue. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I was transferred to Lisa and she helped answer some of my questions and was very friendly as well. Her knowledge helped resolve the issue almost immediately. If I need anymore help or representation she will be the first person I reach out to!!

Attorney Hegwood gave me bad legal advice and I was not able to get spousal support in the decree even though I was very sick and according to my doctor, I needed a surgery. Her staff was also very difficult to work with. I was being abused by my ex-husband and she did not even recommend adding measures to the decree in order to protect myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER.
