I can't say just how much Mr. Herbert and his office helped me when I got into a nasty car accident. I had the green light and was turning right when I got t-boned by a driver who ran the red light. I fractured my left arm and was out of work for 7 weeks until the cast came off. My job put my on disability, but I only got 40% of my pay which wasn't enough to live on. Mr. Herbert was able to get everything settled super quickly, helped me get a rental car, helped me get back pay and made everything hassle free. I can't anything other than thank you! Just got my settlement and had to write a review to give Aaron and his team props for a job well done. I got more to the pocket than I expected. When my car accident case did not settle for what I wanted because the stupid insurance adjuster did not offer what was fair, I was really upset at first but I got a call from attorney Aaron and he explained the filing suit process and benefits of filing a lawsuit. This firm is aggressive when needed, and after about 4 months of lawsuit my case settled for over FOUR TIMES what the insurance offered before lawsuit was filed. Let me correct my rant.......some of the staff at the office (not the entity as a whole) lack communication and proper education of the case to their clients. While I am grateful and have faith that the firm is continuing to work my difficult case, it gets frustrating when I cannot get any answers and do not know what is going on.
