Courteous, responsible and helped me through a tough time. A little bit more expensive than I expected, but I guess that's their fair price.

I interviewed with Jerry Melton and everything was okay until he started asking me to describe myself. He wanted a detailed description about my body. At first I thought nothing of it, because he was blind. Then we were in his office and he asked if he could see me and at first I didn't know what that meant. I got up and he felt me from top to bottom. Emphasis on bottom.That time he didn't touch my breasts,because I moved back in time. After he "saw" me he would pull me in tight making sure that his private area was right on mine and he would keep a hold of me. He would gushingly thank me for me allowing him to "see" me.

The second encounter I wasn't fast enough to move back and he felt my breasts then asked me what size I was. Again he thanked me for allowing him to "see" him.
The third encounter was when he asked why I didn't wear dresses and that he would like a chance to feel or "see" my legs.
I found another woman who had the same experience as I did! I believe that he uses his blindness as a tool to touch women.

I don't know much about blind people and how they are so supposed to be so I didn't if this was out of the ordinary. I wanted to warn others to stay away. I am reporting him to the law and to the Texas Bar.

Mr. Melton has been my attorney since August of 2006. He responded to an email I sent to him after I had read his very thorough and comprehensive website about family law and divorce proceedings. I knew he would be the right attorney to protect my daughter and myself. He has exceeded my expectations for the last 10 years in very tumultuous divorce proceedings and post court procedures.
