My HOA is uses this firm to collect on a title liens , they cant even create a formal Payoff letters for my new refi to to pay of the lien, rude service no callbacks , money grabbers made my situation 10 times worst $600 in fees ran up to $2100 these clowns are crooks.

Our HOA hired this company. Their representation was more or less an embarrassment. I think (and that is my opinion) that instead of providing a solid legal opinion, they were trying to tell the Board what the Board wanted to hear, without bothering to dig into contract law or to perform any serious worst-case scenario analysis. Under the pressure of a real lawsuit, their arguments folded quickly. We had to hire another legal company to get us out of the legal mess that we got into under Riddle & William's guidance.

They are understanding and help any way they can. I highly recommend this firm.
