This law firm is a total waste of a time. I hired them for an slip and fall, only if I could turn back time, they represented me POORLY and wanted me to settle and refused the medical doctors to provide me any further treatment, WOW. My doctors they sent me too were surprised and asked whether they can even do that since I am clearly still injured. They tell me to use my insurance for further treatment, WOW. Trust me, they are looking out for themselves. I terminated them to get real legal council and they send me a letter telling me they put a lien on my case and I cant go with another attorney or they will sue. WOW. Yep, you read this review right.

2/6/19 Update- I did respond to the e-mail provided like the reply stated and no response yet. Sent a few emails outlining my dissatisfaction actually, no response yet.

Patricia Barbee is an amazing Attorney and person all around. Patricia helped my family stay together and after 5 years of going through our legal process, my husband received his Resident Card! The handling of my case has been excellent. Attentive at all times and pending a proper administrative procedure. The advice has been very complete and have shown a high level of professionalism in explaining in detail each legal process and possible solutions that may be applicable to my case. If I could I would give this law firm -2 stars if I could.

I was a client of Bailey & Galyen not long ago for custody battle for my son that is in custody of a neglectful mother and I can say I was very disappointed.
The attorney that was appointed to me was a sad excuse of an attorney. Put up no fight, requested no proof of anything for the court, did not get our case ready to come to court at our best.
He told me that we have a very good chance at winning but when the trial came, he was quiet and intimidated by the opposing attorney.
Honestly, I believe I could’ve done better on my own providing my own proof and defending myself.
On top of it all, the amount of money and that was paid for the poor service that was given is absurd and pathetic to say the least.

Go somewhere else... TRUST ME... You’ll thank me later

My attourney handling my case is so hands on with my case which Disability Action Center wasn’t and is the reason why I was rejected and wasn’t even considered for an appealing process. I hope all her reviewing my documents before going to social security pays off because after suffering 14 fractures in my back, neck, ribs, and pelvis, I think this law office was the smart move considering..... On three occasions I have used B&G to represent me and in all 3 cases I was not served in a satisfactory manner. One of the proceedings recommended was ill-advised and lost. I should have been advised of the true nature of the proceeding, but I suppose that’s a lost sale to them and not worth their honesty. In another matter I was not advised of all the risks involved in accepting a demand in mediation, which led to me being sued in the third matter, which was not resolved in a timely manner despite my repeatedly ignored requests for a response prior to the due date. I was told not to worry. I would get a response by the day it was due, but that resulted in me missing the filing deadline by 90 minutes.

The attorney I had the pleasure to work with was CJ. My case was a bit odd by nature but she was able to help my understand the whole process and was always clear and concise. She kept me up to date and communicated with me almost weekly. Thank you!

I didn't, and still don't, know much about law or dealing with firms and attorneys, so it was very intimidating and overwhelming for me to walk into any law firm with the intention of initiating a legal case. However, after shopping several firms, I finally settled on Bailey & Galyen because they made the whole process extremely understandable and manageable.

I was always able to contact my attorney and the paralegal associated with my case. I was always answered when I called the front desk. These people are reliable and there to help you!

They explained the why's of all my costs, highlighted potential future costs, and even took measures to save me money. They are very affordable!

Not to mention, we won our case! The memory that I have best retained after the whole ordeal was when my attorney and I walked out of the courtroom, my attorney turned to me and said, "That was the best possible scenario that we could have asked for."

At this very moment I will give Bailey & Galyen 3 stars, because my mother and I are still in litigation with our case, and have been going on 2 years now. But, I will say this since our case has been turned over to the Litigation team things seem to be moving a little better, and our attorney Scott and his team, as well as his case manager Ms. Dana seems to be very nice answering all questions and concerns we have, no matter if it by way of phone calls, text messages, or emails. I will write another review after and when our case is over and done.

In the past, I had a bad experience with a law office I had used for my divorce in Irving. They made me feel lost, depressed, and confused. They even billed me for asking questions that were never answered!!! I thought all law offices were going to be the same UNTIL....I met Dana Edwards at the North Central Expy location! She let me take as much time as I needed and never made me feel rushed or that she could be doing 10,000 other things besides helping me. She asked questions and let me ask her questions. She also made me feel welcome to call her if I needed to. She put my mind at ease.

I was in a car accident and was injured. I decided to go with B&G for legal advice since I had no idea on what to do regarding payment for my medical bills. I contacted B&G and that same day I had made an appointment to speak with someone face to face. they let me fall flat on my face they did not come through for me at all so I fired them and two weeks later I ran into the lady that represented me shopping at Aldi....

I was hit by a cement mixer the company then paid for my truck but refused to pay for emergency room costs or for physical therapy. So I hired these guys after about 2 wks They sent me to a "Dr" who immediately tells the nurses to put a warming pad on my back she then comes back after 30 mins and starts yelling at me that I'm faking it. I leave there call the lawyers they said don't worry about it they'll send me somewhere else. After calling them every other day from that period on and only hearing someone will get back to you I get a letter in the mail saying due to a conflict of interest they can't represent me and this was 2 wks before my statute of limitations was up. Screw these guys I'm at work now in pain because of them

I then contacted Bailey & Galyen, very professional, Bailey & Galyen always stayed in contact with me and represented my case before the judge, and with Bailey & Galyen won my case. I made sure that I kept detailed notes of all my issues, dates, i.e. employment history that pertained to my case. Passed these on to the attorneys and also brought all these documents to the hearing. Thank you again Bailey & Galyen.

They continue to charge us with little to no progress. I understand it may be the other lawyers fault for delaying things but $5k+ on a case yet to go to court. I will change my review if things go better in the end but as of now I feel 3 stars is being nice. The lawyer we are dealing with is very nice but I can't belive our case started with $2k retainer that we could pay over 3 months and 2 weeks after we started they went over $2k and they were already needing more.
