Dunham & Jones is a outsatdning law firm, someone was always there to answer all my questions through the process of getting my case dissmessed, i couldn’t be happier with the results.

I was arrested for DWI, I was only arrested one time and I WAS CHARGED With a DWI and will remain on my record for the rest of my life.I work and go to school full-time. I did do the field sobriety test, and I did not blow they took me to do the Blood test, but I know people who were arrested for their second and third DWI, and their case got dropped down to a wreckless driving offence. I figured this would be a slam-dunk case for them. I was promised all kinds of things like "we're going to keep this off your record," and "there's no way you'll have a breathalyzer in your truck." I never worked with my actual lawyer but one time; every other time I had to work with his assistant or someone like that. . After that my case was finalized, All they did WAS NOTHING ! IT WAS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! I GOT a MISDEMEANOR A for my first time DWI 18 months probation and stuck with a Breathalyzer. I was told I only had to have it for half the time I'm on probation. After meeting with my PO the other day, I was told I have to have it in my car THE ENTIRE TIME I'm on probation. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! You're nothing special to them, and they will not get you the best deal on the table. All they care about is getting your money, which was over $4,000 ...and they'll eventually get to your case when there's time. WORST DWI ATTORNEY EVER!!! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! Before - So i haven’t gone to trial yet and therefore i don’t know my outcome. But I was extremely happy with my consultation. I like there no BS approach. One time fee and not this garbage “charge more” if we go to trial all the other lawyers I talked to use. After explaining what happen they went above and beyond to explain all the different approaches we could take. Very easy payment plan(very affordable). I’m more than confident I chose the right guys to fight for me. Will be writing an “after” review once everything is complete.

Dunham and Jones Review

Last year I was charged with a DWI. Shortly after, we found Dunham and Jones. They reviewed our case and introduced us to their intake staff and
a few of their Attorneys should we decide to accept. All of whom were very friendly and courteous. They then took us aside and explained the whole procedure from start to finish regarding the DWI legal process including timelines and what to expect. Fees were discussed and they agreed to let me pay on a monthly payment plan.

After we accepted, we signed a Power of Attorney over to them and that was the last direct correspondence we had with the legal system. I received emails informing about several court dates but my assigned attorney said that I wouldn’t be required to be there and that they would represent.

After the first visit, I only corresponded with their intake team. Each client is assigned one.
This person answered all my questions and kept track of all my case-related details and anything else my assigned Attorney would need.

After several months, I was contacted directly by my assigned attorney
Ms Aubrey Noonan by email. She had some questions regarding the case and prepared me for my upcoming court appearance. We spoke by phone and email for several weeks before the court date. She took extenuating circumstances regarding my case and insured that they were all being considered.

She conferred with the court and and came back to me with several plea options prior to trial, made sure that I understood each one and made suggestions as to which would be best for me before setting foot in the courtroom. She also took time to explain this whole process to my wife
to reassure her.

Ms Noonan made it possible for me to satisfy most of the requirements connected with my sentencing prior to going to court such as DWI classes and Victims Awareness panels. This way, I could show up in court not being "empty handed" as well as remorseful.

The final result was me receiving a reduction in the DWI offense and a considerable reduction in sentencing and punitive fines largely because of the actions of this firm and its associates, especially Ms Noonan. My family and I are indebted to them all.

I have seen criticisms about this firm and others regarding not having access to attorneys and would like to address. If you want to spend $10,000 for an Attorney and have instant, daily access to them throughout your case by all means go ahead. Dunham and Jones have agreed to take on certain cases for a flat fee while not cutting corners on the services provided.

If you follow their lead, get assigned and get acquainted with their excellent intake staff, FOLLOW their process to the letter, you will be well taken care of rest assured.
They get my highest recommendation.

I don't recommend Andrew Dunnman. He doesn't explain anything to you. He doesn't get the evidence that the prosecutor claims to have against you. He'll later hang you out to dry at the very end and he and the prosecutor sit and flirt with each other while your trial is going. He is not a good attorney at all. I think he is a beginner at that. Don't choose him to fight for you because he won't, especially if you're black!

They are the best in there job

Yesterday we changed the system in Madison County, Texas. My wife and I were wrongfully arrested, searched, and charged with felonies for exercising our 4th amendment right to refuse searches on the side of the highway without warrant. The Texas State Trooper, Justin Reese, felt that he had probable cause to search our car because our plate light was dim and our car smelled like perfume on our anniversary... I locked the door when we were asked to step out and my wife secured the keys as we demanded he get a warrant for such a thing... He arrested us for using force against a peace officer to prevent a search...i.e. We used force in the act of pushing the lock button... We did not resist arrest but he charged us with resisting. Then he charged us with a felony for concealing evidence... Because we looked the door... We were facing 2-10 years in jail for protecting the 4th amendment. In court the trooper attempted to lie about the interaction we had, but my lawyers were prepared with facts and truths. Had not for Attorney Michael Casaretto from Dunham & Jones Lawfirm with assistance of his esteemed colleague, Attorney Corey Cagle, I would not be on google right now. The Honorable Judge Hal Ridley stated DURING A HEARING that after seeing the evidence and hearing our arguments, his mind was changed and HE agreed that we were wrongfully arrested. He did not mention his opinion to the Jury, but nevertheless they had the same sentiment. NOT GUILTY! I hope that our case will change the way police do business in Madison County Texas and change the way Texas prosecutors view our right to be secure in our properties. The war will be won one battle, one victory at a time. Thankyou Dunham & Jones for coming to our defence. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 stars.

They aren't good unless they help you right? I had an easy case. I got worse than anyone I know that had done much worse. Terrible outcome and the more I think about it. The prosecutor had his act together and was on point. I dont think my attorney was. Waste of $3,500 and time. I now have to appeal . The judge and officers think it's funny ruining someone's life. If this helps anyone and knowing what I know now. They have 0 wins in Rockwall ZERO!! It's a big money grab!
