My mom in I were involved in an accident and the driver of the other vehicle lied and there were no witnesses willing to help us. We sought out legal help after a casual conversation with someone about our accident that passed through at my job. She told me her husband was a lawyer at Kwok Daniel and I should give him a call. After doing so we decided to move forward because even though life isn’t fair it’s was still very much upsetting to know that people can get away with their wrong doing. Which brings me to another point that it is so important to take out time and help someone during an accident because witnesses are very critical. Nonetheless all of the staff was very friendly and very much concerned in working very diligently to assist us in our case as best as possible. I believe their work was done very well and professionally. I recommend them to anyone in need because I know if I am even in need again ( God forbid I do) I will call them first!!

I wanted to give a full 5 stars because of how well they handled my case but unfortunately i couldn't because the Finance Lady named Chelsea. Everything was said and done with our case and all we were waiting for was the check from the insurance.
I was never told how long it would take so i would call about 2 days out of the week. This lady was the one i was suppose to talk to about it and almost everytime i would call she would be away from her desk, i left messages etc. I would tell her if they got the check yet because its been about 3 weeks and she said no. So i waited for almost 7 weeks to get them to cut me a check. I go in to get it the check and chesea was at the front desk covering for the rep. She asked me to wait in the conference room so i did. Almost an hour later i start to wonder "whats taking so long? I'm just picking up a check". I ask a guy there and told him I've been waiting an hour and he looked shocked.

Long story short: The lady named Chelsea left me in the room for an hour and did not tell anyone i was there...
