When I called The Craighead Law Firm, I was upset and angry and frustrated. I was in a situation where in my eyes the solution was simple, but the other party was not interested.

The first thing The Craighead Law Firm did was allowed me to express all of my anger and sadness and frustration first. I was an emotional basketcase, but if you have ever found yourself in a situation where you might need a lawyer and you believe that you are right, you already know how emotional the experience can be.

After listening to my emotional frustration and then allowing me to express my concerns, The Craighead Law Firm listened to those concerns and asked relevant questions.

The item that is key here is that I was not looking for someone to just say, 'Yes, they agree with me.' I was looking for someone with integrity and the courage to say 'Yes, you are right or No, in accordance with law, you are wrong'. So if you are just looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, then try a different lawyer. Buuuuuut if you are looking for a lawyer who is going to listen to your concerns and set your expectations appropriately on what is true and what is not true as it relates to your lawsuit and the timeline, then The Craighead Law Firm is who you want to go to for your legal matters.

I have always felt that it is important to allow professionals to do what they do best, buuuuut I still want to be in the loop on key decisions. I believe in this experience I was included on the key decisions and for the key strategy ideas, I had input on those ideas.

It was nice to not have to do alot of follow up to ask if the lawfirm had contacted the other party and what was the other party's feedback. The Craighead Law Firm provided that feedback in a timely manner without me chasing them.

We live in a very interesting society. It is equally unfortunate that sometimes a resolution is not as straightforward as it should be and you find yourself needing to get a lawyer to help the other party understand that you are serious and that you are right.

But the other item is also unfortunate which is that if you go by the media and of course the number of horror stories associated with lawyers, it is easy to view them as all bad people and the list of adjectives is too long to mention.

I can not speak for those other individuals nor their cases, but I can say that my experience with The Craighead Law Firm has been positive and that he handled my case with integrity and the highest of ethical standards.

It's never an easy task when looking for an attorney. However Craighead law firm gave me so much comfort in handling my wrongful termination case.
