My 19 year old had an accident last year and because I heard about them on K104, I decided to give them a chance, what a mistake. Did someone answer when we called, yes. Did they make us an appointment quickly, yes. Did we get assigned a case manager, yes. But that’s when things when bad. We changed case managers 4 times and did not know until I called to check status of case. They never kept us informed. 2 weeks ago, they made a settlement and told my now 20 year old, “this is what we gone settle for and this is all we will be able to get or we can take it to trial”. After he told me, I called the attorney Rachel more than 5 times and still as of yesterday, no return call. Rachel was “in court in trial” and never returned a call since December. Well, they sent my son a docusign to agree to settlement and he did because he knew no better. The person that hit my son fled the scene and left him laid on the side of road. But by God’s grace, he is fine. The law firm seems not to care if you didn’t get hit by an 18 wheeler or didn’t bring their firm millions of dollars. I will never use them, refer them or recommend them especially if you are in a car accident, laid on side of road. Poor counsel, terrible management, horrible communication. So sorry I trusted the advertisement. Never again. Do your research before if you ever need representation.

I was the victim of a hit in run by a 18 wheeler in July 2019.
I immediately contacted EW from the scene. The following business day the process was officially started. The following weeks produced no results in tracking down the driver or company. Thinking that my case was over, Danette and her team got my current insurance to pay off the uninsured/underinsured clause of my policy. During this process, I became impatient, again Danette assured me that the end result would be favorable. Bottom line is I didn't get a huge result but due to her teams diligence...I got a result that has greatly helped in my current situation. EW is the way to go. Stay the course....you won't be sorry. I'm not.

I LOST my UNBORN CHILD due to a car wreck and Eberstein and Witherite have done nothing but cause me more pain. They made me go drive around and collect my own paperwork after they sat around for 3 MONTHS “waiting” on it. After they had my case fully together they still let me case sit on their desks for 4 more MONTHS without doing anything. Jib then turned around and LIED on me because I called him and his DRAGGING of my case out to BRIAN & AMY (wow you’d think your attorney has your best interest at heart? WRONG). My case is STILL on hold even after sending documentation of proof that he lied on me. Supposedly been transferred to another firm UNDER them because Jib lied and I assume they are embarrassed. But they have done nothing but drag this out. No communication AT ALL... I guess that’s just another way they show you they “CARE” PLEASE don’t come here if you want to be treated like you matter. They will make sure that you know that you do not matter to them. This law firm is too busy worrying about being on the radio instead of the people they represent. Overrated. If I would’ve known this I would’ve stayed FAR FAR AWAY. I was even HOMELESS at one point and because they refuse to speak to people who give loans I literally had to suck it up and keep pushing. I’ve never felt more alone or mistreated. I hate the decision I made to come here caused nothing but more pain.

This is the worst company ever to have represent you. They do not abide by their contracts. They take all your money and not only that they say you get your settlement check within 10-15 days. Luckily I found someone else who came out and is taking the case for the 16 year old unlicensed driver who tboned us.

I thought this Firm can help with any case to only be told that the accident I was in yesterday is my fault when no one read a police report or seen any photos or video from the accident I have several witnesses that seen what happened I was hit and my car was totalled now me and my two children are without . Because Texas says if you are in a center lane turning and a driver has stopped to let you go and another inpatient driver doesn't want to wait they have the right away to drive forward and if they hit you oh well it's your fault . Horrible experience. I was in a wreck September of this year, at the time I was 4-5 months pregnant. My mom reached out to get me a lawyer. I did meet with a case manager & told him all the details of my wreck. He was nice. My case was then given to a lawyer. She called me once and at the time I could not talk so we scheduled a time to set up a phone call. She never called at the scheduled time so I contacted my case manager. He never responded. I even called the office to try to speak with her multiple times but she never picked up the phone or even got back to me. I eventually paid my deductible with my car insurance to get my car fixed. I’ve been meaning to write this review but it slipped my mind. Someone recently contacted me from the firm asking about my case & pregnancy and I told them I have not had a good experience with them & literally got no response! I do not recommend them.

The worst experience ever. My mother waited over 4 years for her case to be settled. Her car accident caused major changes in her life. She went through surgery, physical therapy, lost of wages on her job, etc. She asked to settle out several times and her Lawyer kept advising that it was almost over and to allow him more time because he KNEW he could get her more money, After waiting over 4 years the payout was so disrespectful and definitely not worth the wait. The lawyers were paid more money than my mom. The communication was very poor and it will be months at a time before any updates were provided on the case. If you call, you don't even get a returned call back. All the promises made were not met. Here it is over 4 years later and your settlement isn't enough to cover all that you have lost through this entire process; however, the lawyer goes home 30K richer. I'm very disappointed w/ the outcome of the case and recommend others to trust another law firm with your case. I'm sure your outcome will be much better. I sure wish my mother did. This law firm is so overrated.

I had an accident in October 2018. It wasn't my fault but my life was turned upside down immediately after. I was dealing with my own injuries as well as the injuries of my two minor children. Although the process was not fast, I felt as though every detail was handled efficiently and professionally. It was also worth the wait.
