My lawyer very very good

We didnt have to go to court, we ended up settling for 20k. A lot of that went to bills but even after everything and the 33.3% commission I still recieved 8k, which is great considering it was a relatively small settlement. I was able to persue medical diagnostics and treatment without worry and Bart Bernard's firm was very informative and helpful the whole way along, ensuring they had my best interests at heart and that i got the best deal in the end.

This has to be the most unorganized firm I could have ever experienced. Don’t expect to get returned phone calls and/or emails for months (6 months). They have lost all progress notes that were accumulated over the past 2 years. You will get a very minimal amount of information from them throughout the whole process and will be left in the unknown of what is happening with your case.

I was injured in an accident in 2013 and Bart was confident that he could get me a fair settlement even though I had an unusual case. I for medical and religious reasons do not take medications, especially narcotics and prefer to go with more natural treatments. I was concerned about being able to get a fair settlement based on my beliefs but Bart and his associates reassured me that he could. When the Mri's, X-rays, chiropractor, physical therapy, and surgeon visits kept adding up I would get nervous but he and his staff kept me encouraged that it would be ok. It took 3 years to settle my case but the outcome was well worth it.

Bart and his team are amazing. They are very responsive and friendly. They over delivered and I will use them again if I ever get injured.
