It's a kinda of long story, but I'll try to be concise! I had a very disturbing situation at the Apple store in Fort Worth, University Blvd, early this afternoon Jan, 20th. I got home, I really don't know how I made it, my blood pressure went up so high, I couldn't breath and I had an anxiety attack!! I almost died on the hwy, the grace of God saved me! That was after an aweful experience dealing with 2 clerks, then 2 managers who took over the conversation, it was so obvious that it was their fault, I called the Apple 1-800- number (as I was dealing with the managers and staff who gained up on me in a rediculous show of fake comradery) I called to complain about the managers not releasing my phone I had purchased online the day before, the Apple 1-800 number specialist (Ms Jennifer) told the managers they were wrong and that I am fully verified and they should release the phone to me, I had showed them my ID and my credit card and even my online banking statement to prove to them that I'd paid the amount in full, the managers still didn't cooperate and didn't care about what the specialist of Apple toll free number told them . OMG!!
The reason for this review for Attorney Sally: I couldn't sleep all night because of how upset I was with the Apple store management, so I looked up attorneys for a lawsuit against Apple and the mentioned store managers, it was 3:03AM and it was a Holiday; I found a 24 hrs attorney so I called the main number thinking one of her staff would answer, to my surprise the Attorney Ms. Sally herself answered my call, remember it was 3:03AM, I was so impressed and embarrassed, again I didn't expect the Attorney to answer! This was incredible dedication! She was very friendly and understanding, I apologized for calling so late but she assured me that it was ok, I told her that I had a bad deal with Apple and I will call her again in the daytime!
Whether she takes the case or not (I hope she does), she deserves more than 5 stars for her dedication and courtesy!!

As a veteran this lawyer was nothing but a scam. She got me for a lot of money and I presented her with all the evidence and told her we’re to go and she was plain lazy. A snake. See for yourself. GOD knows what this woman did to me and I hope she gets right with GOD cause she will be accountable. While in jail also met someone she did dirty. She waits until you about to go to trial and tries to convince you to take a plea or throw you under the bus like she did me. She is a human being that cannot be trusted. Tells the DA stuff about you cause she is ting to win them for other cases.

Sally defended me when I was 19 years old and still growing up. Had I had the money at the time, I have no doubt she would have won the case and my record would have stayed clean! Until i was 31 that is. One night later and a DWI and possession of controlled substance charge, who do i call? Sally Goodman! She told me we could probably get the possession charge dropped in our initial meeting and she was correct! They couldnt prove if i had a prescription or not. And now I have to go through probation and the classes and spend the money for the dwi etc...

Now its up to me to stay out of trouble from here on out but if anything ever goes wrong or even if i need advice, I know I can call Sally and she'll take the time to speak with me and help me!
