I was in a car accident on April 22nd, 2018. I immediately contacted Arnold and Itkin. The accident caused me to stop working as a Ballroom Dance Instructor because of my injuries. Every single person I dealt with at Arnold & Itkin was professional and polite. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. They know what their doing and I’m glad I chose Arnold & Itkin to represent me. They actually care about your future. I can’t thank them enough!

They will promise you an amount then hit you with all kinds of hidden fees. These people are crooks. In all results , I was offered an amount of dollars that were reasonable. Took the offer , then before they issued me my share they held on to $25k for 90 days in case some old bills came up. When that 90 days were up , I only had a check for 5k . I had to pay for their lunches , additional court cost and hotel stays in the Sugar Land Town Center Marriot because they couldnt drive from Harris to Ft bend county everyday for 3 days and that was for a group of 5 or 6 people. That was something they shouldve known about and couldve settled for more to pay for that but no that was not an option.
Id advise to anybody not to use this firm. When you walk into this office , it's a very beautiful office in the memorial area and I see why they're well established and that's because they take advantage of middle class people who work and get their hands dirty everyday.
I worked with Aaron Lewis who was great and worked me through my deposition and of course Lori Bailey who would do anything in her power to help me but this case went on for 2 yrs and new attorneys started getting involved and towards the trial it got very sloppy because these new attorneys that were on my case seemed to just studied my case over the weekend and knew nothing about me and my case . Even the guy who was the one who did the opening statement to the jury had my story wrong. Very embarrassing.
Well all I want to say is to do a little more research looking for an attorney before letting A&I represent you.......
If you decide to , get ready for a long ride , especially if its an on the job injury , and ask for more than what both attorneys settle for because it's all a game to both sides of the party but it's your life and future ......

This was a super nerve racking and scary experience for me as I've never been in a position to need help.
