This was my first and worst experience ever with an attorney. Over Memorial Day weekend I got an legal hold placed on my account. It was a very traumatic weekend. My daughter found tagg online whom had good reviews so we decided to make an appointment. My and younger daughter arrived to our appointment and my older daugther was suppose to meet us after work and she was running late. We were going over the case and going over our options. In the meantime my older daughter arrived and as soon as he opened the door and before greeting Mr.Tagg my daughters exact words were he had the most nasty attitude ever. She made is clear her presence was not wanted. My daughter told me after as soon as I walked in I already knew we were getting no help. I am guessing since this was a first free consultation and knowing he was getting paid anything he did gave us the worst experience. Basically after that he told us there were no options for us and no solutions were advised. He said the money held was basically gone and your not going to get back. We came to get some legal advise I was not expecting this attitude from someone in a professional setting. I advise all to NOT to go see mr tagg unless you want to waste your time and be given no help and no options. I was very disappointed with the attitude we were given.

So this is my experience and is not intended to disparage this firm or the lawyer. I went in and met with this lawyer but was not given correct advice regarding my situation. While I was trying to explain my situation the lawyer seemed more interested in checking his gmail account for potential new clients. I was told by the lawyer that I was not eligible for bankruptcy because I made too much money. In fact, the lawyer tried to tell me he’d be willing to represent me in credit negotiation for a nominal fee (the same fee as chapter 7). Because I made too much money my options were few according to him; I left discouraged. As I got in my truck and began driving away I happened to pass Gordon Moseleys office (same road). I scheduled an appointment with him and 1 month later I filed chapter 7 in bankruptcy court. Filing for bankruptcy is a scary and very emotional time, and my experience with this lawyer was not positive.
