I was hit by an 18 wheeler. THEY TRIED TO LEAVE THE SCENE. I have needle back and neck pain to this day from the collision. i almost died from pulmonary embolism trauma 5 days later. I repeatedly asked for an MRI for my neck and back. I was never given one. THEY DROPPED MY CASE without reviewing my medical records. they NEVER called me unless i called 3 or 4 times, first. MY CASE ATTORNEY NEVER EVER SAW ME IN PERSON even though i went to his office to discuss my case... If you are able to walk or talk, your case is too much work to pursue. Im currently a 20+yr military service veteran. Im a firm believer in justice and integrity. The Texas Scammer firm will not fight for you... AT ALL

I was really impressed with how my case was handled. Everyone was kind, compassionate and very helpful at each phase of this process. Norma Villarreal was exceptional, and really made a difference with her cheerfulness and efficiency! I can't thank you all enough!

Very bad service . Case manager called me around 8pm eating while speaking to me. Saying that she had just got back from her family vacation and was given my case along with many other cases and now she has to work late just to catch up. Spoke as if my accident was an inconvenience or I had asked to have my file given specifically to her. She never answered my calls and when I left a message she rudely called back almost a week or two later and just told me to let them do their job and she’d reach out when needed. Months went by and I had to order my own police report because they did not. It was horrible and it took almost two years to get this case resolved. After 6 or so months I found another attorney and they did awesome. Yes we had to start from square one, but I feel if you are overwhelmed with cases. Send us elsewhere, because we are human and we matter. Just a little bit more then the money you’re making from our case ok. Thanks Luisa you were amazing for calling while complaining about how inconvenient my case was to you. Let’s hope that one day you don’t need a caring nurse to take care of you with the same kindness and respect you have while on the clock.

If your case isnt going to get you millions, then dont bother using Jim Adler. They are only interested in high paying cases.
