Don't really feel like there giving me there 100 % I think a paid layer would did all the work would make feel like a got winning chance but beggers can't be chossers

My mother has an issue with a legal matter and had been working with a women by the name of Cornelia. She took my mother's case and had been working with me pretty consistently until they hit a snag. She told my mother that she would be contacting her in a few days to with the next course of action. After my mother didn't hear from her over the course of several days, my mother began calling her and leaving messages only to no avail. I contact their office and left a message for Cornelia to contact my mother. Cornelia finally did only to tell her that she was too busy helping other clients and that she would have to hire an attorney to basically finish what she started. How about referring her to someone in legal aid? Instead you wasted her time and her money filing documents that led NO WHERE.

They are helping me .. the lawyer is very friendly as well as the staff

This entire place is a complete joke! Derrick Elliott is very rude and unprofessional. I went in to ask a question and was told that he could not talk to me due to being the clients attorney. He then proceeded to say, with an evil look on his face, that he "hoped to see me Monday" at a court hearing that has nothing to do with me. I thought he couldn't talk to me though.

Great intelligent attorneys and paralegals. Front desk people are very courteous. They are the exception to the rest who work in the Enterprise building.

I was in dire need of legal services to save my house but they turn me down because they said they were too busy.

Helpful even when the could not help me because I did not meet income guidelines.

WILL NOT ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE! I was on hold for an hour!!

After my landlord illegally locked me out of my house, and stole some of my stuff to boot, legal aid was really awesome about speeding up the intake process enough for me to get legal advice as to how to deal with the situation. Long story short, I am super grateful for their help!

I have been calling for days now..and nobody answers the phone..i live out of town and cant drive there that easy..very poor service!

Never answer the phone when you have a question(s), set an appointment, or confirm appointment. You are just left there hearing the phone ring with NO ONE answering.

Certain staff a little unfriendly but they provided me with the best possible service
