This place people common on review that they file divorce. But I call this place asking for information but there receptionists told me they don’t do divorce case. Lair review not to be trust this law firm. Those review must been payout or relative. Fake law firm.

KIND, PASSIONATE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE

I'm giving 2 stars because I honestly can't leave a reward on how they handle their cases because I didn't make it that far. However, I can leave a review based on my phone conversation with someone from the company. I called the office for my husband and the young man that answered the phone clearly didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I was listen to him speak about what he assumed he heard me say ( I wasn't speaking because he was doing all the talking) and at that moment I realized this wasn't the law firm for me. I piloted stated thank you for all your help and I hope you have a great day. I would like to thank Battle & Allen, P.A. for taken the time out to hear me.

I called to receive information on a traffic ticket. Apparently I don't have enough knowledge of how these things work and the person I spoke with was very short tempered and rude. They were slightly cheaper than other firms but I would rather pay more and be treated with some respect.

I'm a strong believer that if someone in a company treats more than one person this way it's more than likely a part of that company's culture.

If they reply with "We haven't spoken with anyone name CoCoa Carter"...it's not my real name. Thanks

I remember this building wayyy before Mrs. Parham's law firm bought and remodeled this building. It is unrecognizable if your going off memory. Everyone that works there is beyond amazingly friendly.
