I had a couple great conversations with Mrs. Klok. Based on her willingness to speak to me, I decided to hire her on an unrelated family matter. I sent her an email to her direct email as well as the information email from the website. After a week of no return call or email, I called the office and set up an appointment for the following week. Because I'd have my kids, we set up a phone consultation. I received a confirmation email and a reminder text. At the appointment time there was no call, so I gave them a few minutes then called the office. I was told "she's on the other line and not sure how long she'll be". At 3:50 (my appt. was at 3) I called again. I was sent to her voicemail. I left a message and never heard from anyone at Klok law firm again. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 because my initial interactions with Susanne were very positive. But, I've been stewing on this and the incredibly poor customer service can't go unnoticed. Not to mention they lost an easy and sure client.

In a divorce not only do you need a 5 star lawyer but you need someone that actually cares and doesn't see you as just another case in their docket.
