Ingrid Rudolph is the best attorney I’ve ever worked with, I had another attorney before her that did nothing for me for two years . Ingrid stepped in and handled everything she made me feel safe and she made sure that everything was handled fairly she never left my side , she checks on me and my children. She only wants the best for her clients and she works so hard with no help she does it all HERSELF!!!!! Day or night, she puts you and you’re children first!!! She never gives up, and she will hold your hand when your scared, she cares she is amazing , even after everything is said and done and you walk out the courthouse she never stops I can honestly say she’s a great women and their are a lot of attorney’s out there that wouldn’t do a quarter of what she does, I’m so great full for everything she’s done for me. She’s a fighter, and will fight so hard for you!

This is the first time I’ve given anyone or anything a 5/5 review. Ingrid's service is flawless. You can not find a better attorney. Other attorneys are in it for the money, but Ingrid is in it for the people.
In a time in my life where everything seemed to be falling apart. The person I had committed to was using my child against me. Ingrid provided strong and professional support.
After my first consultation with her I felt like I was no longer alone. That I was going into the situation with a warrior of a woman at my back.
I’ve read other reviews here and a few people seem to think Ingrid isn’t “caring” - I can’t agree at all. She is simply serious. She is ready to dig in and fight for her clients. She doesn’t belittle you with petty crying parties, she picks you up, puts the spear back in your hand, and beats the war drums behind you.

Ms. Rudolph delivered as promised. After the case was started we had to serve my ex-husband by a publication. No other attorney wanted to help me, nobody else take my case. Now that it is done, I feel a great sense of relief. I recommend this law firm to anybody who wants their divorce finished fast at a good price.
Thank you to Ms. Rudolph for helping my family through our situation. Also for meeting with me on Saturdays throughout my case. The outcome was a relief to our family. I will forever be grateful for her legal advice and patience with my case.

I was very pleased with Ms. Rudolph's services. I could not be more thankful for all she has done for me. When my husband left me, he took our two sons. I called Ms. Rudolph in absolute panic. I will never forget the instant connection I felt with her and the compassion she immediately showed when she first spoke to me. I now have sole custody of my boys. I would gladly refer anyone to Ms. Rudolph.

BEST ATTORNEY EVER!!! The first time I spoke with Ingrid via telephone, I felt her sincerity and honesty and within a few days I drove 2 hours to Charleston to talk with her face to face, WOW it was worth the drive and the monies spent, SHE WENT OVER AND BEYOND WHAT I EVER IMAGINED!!! Immediately I began to feel confident that my kids and I would be better than ok! Ingrid quickly empowered me with knowledge concerning my case and made sure I was in the loop on everything she was doing with my case step by step. She gave me a time frame of when my divorce would be final and did not disappoint! There are so many things I love about Ingrid, however she super impressed me with her devotion and sincere dedication to me and my kids. I truely believe I gained a friend throughout this process and I was treated as person and not just another client. THANK YOU INGRID!!

There is not an attorney in Charleston who will work harder for their clients than Mrs. Rudolph. I would HIGHLY recommend her for anyone who is seeking a family lawyer.

Do not hire her. My case is close and only now am I seeing what she didn’t do right. Paid her so much money ($12,550)only for another attorney handling my rule to show cause case tell me that the order is messy and not specific. I’m having issues because of this and she already knew how big my problems were with my ex. On top of that we paid her $10K for a 4 day trial that we never went to and got no money back. We only went for a contempt court she said he would pay and one other court hearing to say we agreed. She would also keep giving them extra time on top of the extra time she already gave them to contact her and turn in important paperwork which prolonged my case and used up my money to do that. Even though my case is close she still had the nerve to send me a nasty email for not going back to a co parenting coach who was unprofessional and the things she said about my ex are the things she said about me in that email. If you supposedly care about a child’s well being why would you fight for a parent who is controlling and narcissistic like you described me. She even described me this way because I was changing my children’s school something she fought for me to be able to do. I was blind not to see this because at the time I was under so much stress.
She charges a $2500 retainer fee, but gives a free consultation. If you really want the job done right I suggest a different lawyer. Sterling Chillico on Mount Pleasant charges a $300 consultation fee and it goes to the retaining fee if you choose to hire her. I paid $2k all together to retain her and so far I’m satisfied. They’re working on cleaning up her mess. FYI I was satisfied with her service prior to all of this and pushed aside my doubts because she did get me primary custody. She was pleasant at first, but as time went on she wasn’t consistent. At one point she said I could get full custody and then said no among other things. I only cared about co parenting and I had no issues in sharing custody because my kids deserved their father in their lives. He doesn’t feel the same about me as I have shown her many times his parental alienation. I also pushed my doubts aside because we had already paid her and struggled to get this money together in the first place.

I called to inquire about her service being that when you Google family court minor name changes, her business pops up.when she answered she immediately said she doesnt handle that and hung up very disrespectful and did not answer the phone after hanging up so ignorant..she could have politely said no but there are plenty other resources u can obtain from whomever..VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT I'm sure she will have deniability in this or a rude comment to follow this complaint! Doesnt seem apologetic or professional. Thanks

I was forced to hire a South Carolina attorney, sight unseen because I live out of state. I hired Ms. Rudolph after one phone call. She was patient and listened to me. My ex husband had stopped paying child support and moved to South Carolina, she helped me get my money. And I never had to leave Kentucky. She did a great job for me!

Ingrid represented me in my divorce as well as I could have ever expected or hoped. She treated me as a friend and not just another client as most attorneys do. I highly recommend her for any legal representation.

In my opinion, She is careless, and her advises are not correct at all.
I witnessed her insisting on her advise on a standard procedure, turnrd that the facts were opposite to what she said!
Google should have a zero stars as an option.

My wife and I just went through a very painful divorce. I dont think I could have gotten through it without Mrs. Rudolph. I now have joint custody of my children, and I know it would not have happened without her help and professional guidance. She answered my phone calls in the evenings. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend her to anybody going through a difficult divorce.

I met her for 30 minutes free consultation, there was another client waiting outside, listening to the whole conversation. She had to keep the door open because her assistant wasn’t available! Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t hire her, or advise to hire her.

Last year we were in need of locating an Attorney for a custody issue that we were facing. As many people know, searching for an Attorney can be one of the most challenging parts of the experience. After all you are choosing a person that could very easily determine a large portion of your fate. One of our obstacles is that we were searching for a LGBT friendly Attorney, an Attorney that would recognize what we were up against and how to go about proceeding. The first day we met with Ingrid we knew she was the right fit, Ingrid is kind and very considerate and to be honest that is not a trait you see very often in some Attorneys. Not only was she that, she was so knowledgeable as to how we should proceed. Ingrid knows so much in regards to the law that an average Joe like me would never know. Although we are still involved in our custody case I cannot imagine a better fit than Ingrid Rudolph. She has helped us more than she will ever know, and we are so very grateful that we found her. If you are searching for a great Attorney, I would highly recommend Ingrid Rudolph.
