Seymour and Associates were amazing! My husband and I ONLY had to go to court once and that was when we initially filed. They handled every situation that we needed handled. Adrian is one of those people that you would read about in super hero books, but thought that they were fictional. He was nothing shy of amazing! He's patient, kind, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to you. He was helpful all the way up until our discharge. It's bittersweet to depart from this office...while we are thrilled with our discharge, we will miss the relationship with this office.

My husband and I met with Ms. Seymour at her office in Augusta last week to discuss our current financial state and explore options for a possible bankruptcy filing. As a successful business woman for over 20+ years, various circumstances required my resignation from a high-income job. As head-of-household, the heavy financial burden of a mortgage, 2 cars, credit cards, utilities, rising food prices, etc. was too much to bear while on a many month job-hunt. Blessed with a recent new job, I found that as a household, we were desperately behind in paying for our mounting credit cards bills as the home and car payments became priority. We were welcomed warmly to her office by Mindy, provided the requested documents to her, and completed a short and quick form. We were ushered into a comfortable and inviting meeting room and I was pleased to see that no detail was left undone- including a box of tissues strategically located just for me! Ms. Seymour met us promptly at our meeting time. She was welcoming, calming, and while extremely professional, she was approachable and warm. Over the course of our consultation, Ms. Seymour asked many questions, took extensive notes, spoke succinctly, and provided fact/law-based advice in a language that we could understand. I can truly say if you walk in feeling down I promise you will not walk out the same way that you went in . This is the best Law Firm that makes you feel like you are a part of their family . I have been dealing with Seymour and Associates for a while. I prayed about my problem and God laid them on my heart . I made one call and they started to working for me right then over the phone even before I made it to the office . And they have the best people working their . Mrs. Seymour started with me the day I went in and the angel that she is sent me on to the next person and she told me that everything was going to be find . So after putting my trust in God to send me to her she then sent me to one of her angles in the office and his name is Adran . He was trained well and worked in a timely manner to finish the process and send me on my way with everything that I needed to know he even kept asking did I understand what he was say . I must say i have been getting a lot of sleep at night since I started my process with them. Their is so much more I can say about them they are the BEST!

I filed chapter 7 in 2011 and only twice have I needed assistance from pending judgements that should have been resolved under the bankruptcy. Anyhow, I called a few years ago because I needed to retrieve information on a previous creditor and they did not assist me.. I had to pay to get my papers again. Today I called because I was being harassed by a creditor again and I was told I needed to handle it.. I did, but never will I recommend this firm! Also, the representative was a jerk!
