I’ve had to deal with this office for over a year now. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Originally we were taking my case to court but after them taking ages to process my paperwork and me finishing physical therapy they called me and let me know that I didn’t have a strong case anymore because there was a “lapse” in treatment? Because me being a 19 year old working full time I wasn’t able to go 3-4 times a week to physical therapy appointments. Yes I needed it but I also needed income. So they told me because of this lapse in treatment I would have to try to settle outside a courtroom for a meager amount and granted I went to many physical therapy appointments and even chiropracting before I decided there was no way financially I could make up for missing those days at work for appointments. This was before Christmas when I settled and now I’m having to wait and wait on a this meager check. So if you’re looking for a lawyer that takes over a year to tell you you don’t have a case or a lawyer that never NEVER answers their phone then this office is for you. I’ve always had to call them multiple times and talk to multiple people just for simple updates on my case. I truly feel that I should have went with another lawyer and I wouldn’t be sitting here with the back pain of a 65 year old at 19 and basically nothing for it.

It’s been three months since I my accident which was in October. I have only spoken with my attorney once which was back in October.. and I haven’t heard anything from my case manager since November. Due to the accident, I lost my vehicle. and I’m currently being passed up for promotions at work because I don’t have transportation! I also can’t make it to physical therapy. I choose mike’s office because I thought they would be for me .. but with their lack of communication and slow processing I wont be recommending them !

If you a Lawyer I say “ Get Mike “ they are very Professional

Went to the chiropractor of there chose they file my insurance my insurance company pay most of it. I told the attorney about it and contact the attorney via text message no reply no call back . So basically The chiropractor has got paid twice n I was owe more money. I will never go to them again!

We settled in February of 2019 and I was initially satisfied. However, I’m STILL WAITING on them to pay on the medical bills they stated they would pay. One of my bills has now been turned over to collections. I’ve been reaching out to multiple members of the team that handled my case since late March 2019. I still don’t have resolution!! So frustrating. I DO NOT recommend this law firm.
