I use Lisa Smith professionally and personally. She has taken care of my daughter's transactions, our personal transactions and my mother's legal needs. I regularly refer her to others because of her professionalism, personal touch and thorough knowledge of the law.

Lisa Lee was great! While moving from Atlanta and simultaneously on vacation in Maine, Lisa helped us close on our new home in Chapin without missing a beat. Lisa's thorough process combined with her calm, cool and collected demeanor helped us to celebrate the purchase of our new home and our vacation at the same time!

The 2011 South Carolina Judicial Department (FAQs) Master-in-Equity Court: Question page 15 Can I attend the foreclosure sale? A foreclosure sale is a public auction and anyone (including you the homeowner) may go and bid on any property for sale.

Lisa has helped my wife and I on several occasions such as preparing our wills, and our recent home closing. We could not have been any more impressed with her knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a better person to handle our legal matters, and will continue to work with her in the future.

Ms Smith has served as the Town Attorney for The Town Of Chapin for about two years. Her services for The Town have been invaluable. She always provides inciteful input for a broad range of topics and she is always through and professional. She clearly cares about the Town and community that she both lives and operates her business in. It is easy for me to recommend her services to anyone.

Jerry Sanders is my Uncle and he has been so special to me and he has been someone to admire for his hard work and dedication to his Family. He has always encouraging me, listening to my troubles and cheering me along the way. I feel so fortunate to have him my life. He has brought me so much wonderful influences into myself and my two girls life. He is a Fair man. And all with a conviction of a very real trust he sees in me. He has been a great friend; a friend that listens without the immediate judgement. I cherish the time he has showed us. That's why I feel he is like a kind of underrated when it comes to building that village of support to raise a family. In fact Uncle's are one of the more positive influence that children can have later in life. Thank you Uncle Jerry for all the wonderful things you have done for us. We love and care for you so much.

Albert Jerry Sanders is my Brother and I am speaking on his behalf. My Brother is a Honest man and Believes in taking Responsibility for your own Actions. He has the uncanny ability to not letting Rumors spread by being Open and Transparency and Embracing Solutions not Problems. There is no room for any form of ethic hatred in this Country. We should never Comprise Our Principles and Standards. There is Sin and Evil in the World and We're enjoined by Scripture and the Lord Jesus Christ to Oppose it with all Our Might. The Declaration of Independence mentions the Supreme Being no less than 4 times "In God We Trust" is engraved on our coinage. The Bill of Rights protect individuals from Injustice and The 14th Amendment addresses many aspects of Rights of Citizens. "Equal Protection of the Laws" under Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures - Leaving a jurisdiction secretly or suddenly to avoid service of process or Leaving with another's person's money and Property.

We recently moved from out of state to South Carolina. We used Lisa Lee Smith to handle the negotiations and closing of our new home. She went above and beyond in helping us to complete all the necessary paperwork and understand every aspect of our home purchase. She was professional and through in our negotiations.

I’m Arthur Palmer, A Very close and proud Friend for many years. Mr.Sanders is a hard working fare man with a kind heart. I was A palled when he told me what this so called Attorney had done and said in front of many people. It was not only Unethical Unprofessional But down right Humiliating and a Disgraceful for any Attorney is suppose to act. She should not only be Reprimanded But be Disbarred because of her nasty childish act.

Ms. Lisa Lee Smith was a Special Referee on January 8,2020 at Lexington County Master Equity Foreclosure Auction and with a room full of bidder announced that Albert Jerry Sanders Jr Could Not Bid on two pieces. Of property that was in his name. Ms.Lisa also stated that anyone knows, associated with , worked for of knew of Mr. Sanders Could Nott Bid on those properties. Everyone that is Master Equity Foreclosure Auction can witness to this situation. I called Lexington County Master Equity Foreclosure Auction. Department and the employee stated Anyone could bid on the Foreclosurs. I also called the Attorney handling the case and Chad Burgess stated he didn't have anything to do with the Auction. So my Question is who give Ms.Lisa Lee Smith the Right to stop Mr. Albert Jerry Sanders Jr. For bidding on 212 Adkins Circle West Columbia SC and 139 E Chateau Drive West Columbia SC. The law states it belongs to Me. Sanders until the Sale is over. So Why Couldn't Mr. Sanders bid on his Own Property???
