Unfortunately mr Rhoades is representing a client that didn't handle a business situation very ethically when i was dealing with him. At court i was told he was on the case now and that he was going to handle the paperwork i needed and he would let me know as soon as it was gotten in two weeks. It has been months and months now. I have already gone to sign paperwork that was needed, but yet again after 2 mo of waiting again nothing has been taken care of. He will tell you exactly what you want to hear whether he means it or not. On top of it, my father was sick and died during the time of our dealings. I called him, and his office a number of times asking if he could call me back for a simple yes or no answer yet never heard back from anyone. If nothing else, he could have asked his secretary to call and say that they couldn't answer me due to a conflict of interests.
