WOW!! I contacted this office last year about a skating incident. At the time Mr. Mobley took my case and was very transparent with me about what to expect. Well I received a phone call from him saying I'm gonna try 1 more time but a settlement is not likely in your favor. Of course I was upset (not with him) but I continued to pray. Needless to say out the blue I received an email from his paralegal Ms. Hoats saying Mr. Mobley was able to get me a settlement!! They won't help me because my settlement wouldn't be financially lucrative enough for them. They suggested I make payments on my medical bills until I figure out if the insurance company will pay because I just need to go to a chiropractor for healing instead of a doctor for medication so that I can continue working and being a parent with a clear mind and pain feee body. I was referred to them by a good group of people who'd never worked with this firm before, a group of people who are about helping one another so I assumed this would be a safe place to start. I'm super disappointed that people have to cry my neck and my back, lie, manipulate, and pop pills now just to have someone help them get assistance on how to deal with a car accident. But I guess this is the world we live in. Money money.
