Bryn took my case in 2013 I think...... we are finally getting close to a court date! The company that I was employed by for over 30 years has drug their feet out about as long as they can. Bryn has been right there for me the whole time!

Friendly people, amazing service

On Friday, November 3rd, 2017, I had contacted the SC Bar Legal Referral service and was recommended to contact Attorney Bryn Sarvis for my personal case. As I spoke with the receptionist, I was told I would hear back from Attorney Sarvis no later than Wednesday, November 8th about my legal matter. That date had passed and I did not receive a phone call until Wednesday, November 15th, at 5:36 pm, in which Attorney Sarvis left me a voicemail.

Unfortunately, due to my work schedule, I could not answer the phone call, but called back immediately during my break. I informed Attorney Sarvis that I would be available the next entire day (Thursday, November 16th). It is now Tuesday, December 5th. I have lost an entire month on waiting for Attorney Sarvis to give me a call back, as she was highly recommended by the SC Bar for my personal legal matter.

I find this practice to be unprofessional. I would have been satisfied with a simple phone call to say, "Sorry, I am unable to take your case," but instead have been left waiting and wondering what I should do. I would highly recommend seeking another attorney, if referred to Attorney Sarvis.
