I called to see about a ticket I recieved in the god for saken state! And I told the lawyer what I wanted but he kept asking are you sure and to think about it. So I chose to go elsewhere. If I'm gonna pay you $1k you will do what I want that is what I am paying for! Don't ask me what I want and then tell me to think about it! Other than that he does have good customer service skills. He is polite and friendly.
