Worthless! Delayed my action by a week only screw up my appointment. Spencer's paralegal made my appointnent, i arrived 15 min early, no one else in the waiting room and she informs me me my appointment was yesyerday. Ok, where is your 1400 appointment?...crickets. All the ebony mags and African statues only precurse their ineptness.

I hired them to close on my home last year. The price was reasonable and everyone was friendly and professional. I will admit that I was told with my closing being all cash it could be done within a week (which is why I decided to hire them) and it ended up taking over a month. During that time, it was extremely hard for me to get a response from this office. My emails would go days unanswered and some one took a message every single time I called. I had no clue what was going on until the day we closed and then it was like "Sorry, we've been busy but it's all good now so gather everyone and be here at 4pm TODAY and we can close." In the end, everything worked out and we closed smoothly. I would probably use them again.

My experience with this law firm has been exceptional. Several times I have been in need of advice and legal action, and they have always worked hard for me. They are good, honest people that always look out for their clients.

Frails and Wilson denied me visitation for months. I've been sending written letter and Atttorney Spencer declined her from your firm. Mother has flown several times to make attempt to see her daughter that a man has thats not even his child. Mother has told this man SVERAL times her husband is the father of this child. He refusing to let did talk or visit mother. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Your client is a convicted felon of terroristic threats for trying to kill.ilhis ex wife. Drug abuser alcohols abuser, child molestation to family and a host of criminal charges. This is a conspiracy and you guys should be put out of practice. That child is traumatized. She s doesn't even know that man from her 10 years of life to do that to a innocent child. When it goes back to court you guys will be hopefully disbarred. This WAS NOT in the best interest of the child and she's suffering begging to come home. The Seniro Partner Rant Frails also agree that this whole situation was not right nor the order which we have recorded. The man your client doesn't even have a JOB.This is going public so follow the news. That child is truly hurting and scared.

Kelli J Spacer conspired against a mother wo th oit her knowing anything and had custody given to a man that is a convicted felon of terroristic threats DUI and Domestic Abuse custody. Not to mention he probably ISN'T the father. Childs moved with mother and husband which is considered to be her father all the child's life and fully supported all the child's life. No DNA test was ever done. Now the mother has been stripped of all visitation and man isn't allowing her to talk to her daughter. He and his wife states it was the attorney not Ben. The attorneys did this. He never wanted the child at all. Then the senior partner Mr Frails also agreed w attorney that he DOESN'T AGREE w this order or whole situation. All this is on record and have proof. Can't deny. They will be proceeding with a formal complaint with the State Bar of Georgia. That's where you all should go file a complaint agonist th is firm. The child is depressed and emotionally abused. This should not be ok at all.

My husband wanted visitations with his child that he was unable to see for over 3 years; Mr. Frails, Ms. Spencer, and Ms Norris all worked hard and provided an outstanding service and won custody of the child.

Excellent service, I called the day after my accident and Mr. Wilson was generous enough to come to my home and have a meeting with me in my own home since my car was in the shop. Very very pleased. My case is not finished yet but I have nothing bitter to say about this law firm.

The attorney was only interested in getting the 150.00 for several minutes of her time. I went to another law firm and asked the same question. Received a better answer and wasn't charged a penny. I will go back to that firm and conduct some business and will be more than happy to pay their fees. That's how you build business relationships.

Lack of communication during the sale of my house caused my wife a lot of stress. We used them for a POA during the sale. They said they would do a wellness call the day of the sale and we heard nothing. They said they would call us after the sale to notify us of the wire transfer to our bank. We heard nothing. I emailed them about it and heard nothing. The only time I received decent customer service was when I flew to Augusta and hand delivered forms that I had to get changed. In person, they were nice.

Attorney Frails helped me with a very important issue on Friday, Sept.20,2019. He is awesome! He promised me he would take care of this issue and he kept his word!!! I will use him at all times for my legal matters. I recommend him to anyone that needs a GREAT WINNING LAWYER!!!

Was not interested in helping with my case after I no longer had money to pay. I was in hospital on my first court appearance and he told me not to worry. It would be continued and was not. Not very ethical or ever on time for court. Got into a very heated verbal confrontation with my husbands attorney in the court room after court about his own personal case with the other attorney.
