Our entity was very fortunate to have Mr. Tucker as our counsel.
Our issue was lingering for one and half year and attorney we were working with was not affective to bring any resolve. We decided to take different approach and have been recommended to retain Mr. Tucker as attorney for being good litigation attorney. It was blessing to have Mr. Tucker on our side to take care of issue without any expensive litigation avenue. He has resolved our issue to every one satisfaction and will recommend Mr. Tucker for his service.

I have been working with Mr. Ingram on a personal injury case from a hit and run car accident since 2014. It has been FIVE YEARS since my accident. We reached a settlement amount with the insurance company last year after I literally played communication tag with Mr. Ingram for a couple of years. There were times that I would have to email him something like 9 times over the course of MONTHS before ever getting a response. It's not uncommon for emails to go weeks or months without being answered, but email is the only somewhat reliable means of communication in this office in my experience. I kept getting promises of “this will be settled no later than the end of summer” or “this will be settled no later than the beginning of the year” and then “this will definitely be settled by spring,” all over the course of the last 2 years, only to not actually have anything taken care of until November of last year. I received a letter from the insurance company before Thanksgiving of 2018 that the release paperwork was being sent to the law office for me to sign, so the end was finally in sight. I was IN Augusta shortly after that (I live outside of Charlotte, NC) and offered to stop by to sign everything to avoid having to have the paperwork mailed. Mr. Ingram told me he would be out of the office, so I guess there was not any other person available in the entire law office who could have held onto the paperwork for him so that I could sign it while I was in town. Fast forward to now almost April and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK. Every time I call or email, I’m told his secretary is out of the office and that he’ll get back to me and let me know if it’s been sent. I’ve been told several times that it “should have been sent” but no one ever gets back to me to confirm that it actually has been. I moved to a new house back in October and have provided that new address no less than 3 times, so I truly hope the paperwork wasn’t sent to the wrong house, except no one can seem to tell me if it was ever sent at all. I would really love to just get this case settled so I don’t have to deal with it anymore. This has been going on for way too long. I just want someone to help me. I’m trying to purchase a house and it would be incredibly nice to have this settlement to put toward a down payment. I do not recommend using this law office.
