If I could I would give them zero stars and sue the heck out of them for not following laws. I was served a judgement against me without even knowing I was being sued . I already had. A payment plan worked out with credit card company . They never take out the amount agreed upon on the date they are supposed to. Do NOT give this company any bank information they never allowed me an opportunity to defend myself against a debt I can no longer afford due to being on disability ! This company needs to be shut down.

I am literally trying to settle and give them money so my wages will stop getting garnished and it is such a pain to get someone on the phone. I have been cold transferred by some guy named david about 4 times. Horrible business. Horrible law firm. Overall worst experience with any type of law firm or debt collector I have ever experienced.

Will give 2 stars because Gary was very nice and helpful while working on a case for Mr Darnel Clark... However it is extremely hard to get ANYONE on the phone here and they do not complete their jobs when they're supposed to... The account was supposed to be closed in October and yet we received a notice in January that they would start garnishing wages for a debt that was already settled -_- just poor business practices. But again, Gary was VERY nice and helpful and actually did his job.

I wish I could give a 0, rudest people i have ever had to deal with! They do not send paperwork in a timely fashion, don't answer to voicemails! They need ethics and professionalism training ASAP!

Called on 8/16 left a voice mail, no call back. Called this morning and spent the better part of 25 minutes on hold before being disconnected. Called back, disconnected after about 10 minutes. Called third time and left another voice mail. This is ridiculous and no way to run a professional office! Worse part is I am calling from an attorney's office on a legal issue!

If I could rate this a 0 I totally would. This law firm is very unprofessional. They tried to take me to court and then it got canceled because they didn’t send me the papers they were supposed to send me saying they were gaurnishing my checking account before they actually gaurnished it. They had froze my account and took $336 that I eventually got back by the court because they were in the wrong. I have been trying to contact them ever since. For Months. And no one ever answers or calls me back to take a payment. I’ve left several messages also.

I will always be grateful to have had a job. However, this company disregards and under values their staff. I was not fired but left of my own choosing. I was physically sick from the stress of the job and there was little to no care. I witnessed on multiple occasions really good hardworking staff that were let go because of office politics or simply because they were having to pay them too much. Great place to work if you just want to get some experience on your resume. Not a long term company. I actually believe they prefer it that way as not to have to pay tenured staff.

Very very rude customer service. Can not get ANY answers from them. Their representatives hang up on you and tell you that all you can do is email. They will not even listen to you. They do not even deserve 1 star. They deserve a negative star. Totally useless to have a telephone number to call them and try to speak to someone.

Update: Aldridge pite haan. .I read the reviews before working here and I ignored them all.....worse mistake I have ever made. Do not work here! Management is unprofessional and they all gossip about everyone in the office all day. I was there only 4 months and they let over 25 people go for no reason. If you don't brown-nose or if you aren't a personal friend of the manager, you will not be there long. If you are looking for a place to grow and be respected please go to any other company. I noticed daily that customers that were being garnished with accounts paid in full were still being garnished and no one did anything about it to resolve the issue, I am sure this is against the law.

You all need to report this firm to the bar association. This seems that they are not serving people and beginning to garnish wages without their due process. Which is illegal the bar will investigate all of your cases. So each one of you need to do a complaint with the Georgia Bar Association and they will handle it. If its fraud they will shut them down.

Some of the biggest crooks in the “business” of you want to call it that. Began garnishing my check with not a single piece of paperwork served. I work FOR the county and they had a “ruling” but nothing to back up the claim. Currently working with an attorney to overturn garnishment due to shady practices. dding to this. Settlement was 2500. They have garnished over 2500 and are now stating they have only taken 2600. Today they took another 321. I attempted to call and settle this and was told I sounded too feminine to be a male and was hung up on TWICE

BY THE WAY know anyone Albertelli did an improper foreclosure for a mortgage company ? It was illegal as no authority to practice law, foreclose, etc., in Georgia! Foreclosure law firm. They are very efficient at what they do. Staff is less than friendly.

I used the location in Sandy Springs, Ga.. Below average customer service. Attorney took out more taxes that he was supposed to, then overpaid after I told him the mortgage company had already paid the taxes. They didn't respond to some of my emails. I would stay away from this group.
