Per Len, You have to trust her entire process to the very end- Ms.Weeks knows what she is doing. But in order for her to make the best case, she needs all of the facts, of all parties involved (including yourself), backed by evidence before facing the court. Otherwise , you run a great risk of your argument not being supported. This is true for any lawyer/argument. Marian can only use what information & evidence you are willing to provide her. If you are unable or unwilling to provide that, you are sabotaging yourself and undermining the efforts of any lawyer. I , myself, had to stay organized & focused, and trust her entire process to the very end. You have to be honest, work with and trust what you hired Ms. Weeks for. Ms. Weeks and her team represent their clients' best interest. I liken Ms. Weeks to champion chess player Magnus Carlsen- strategic, tactful & committed. She and her great staff are committed to their clients from beginning to end of their case. I am very pleased and highly recommend her.
