This is a horrible office to contact. They never return your calls! Sometimes I had to call days in a row hoping I could get my question answered. Even though I was a client here. I made the full payment immediately and then I was treated like this. I would have to phone them to receive updates on my case because no one would reach out to me. I had to help them get evidence and do work for my own case, since no one was working for me or at least how it seemed.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with both attorneys.

Keagan Waystack failed to represent me as she promised upon our consultation. It took triple the amount of time estimated to complete a service by publication divorce, which does happen, however the constant mistakes by either her or her staff got to the point of where I had to become the squeaky wheel.

Ms. Waystack told me, upon becoming condescending and vaguely threatening when I - as a client who has pre-paid for services - respectfully demanded (in writing) some sort of response from an unresponsive office. It still kind of breaks my heart to this day, reading that someone who I gave my last $ to feels that I did not give them enough $...less than 1/2 of it was utilized. I literally have a 58 minute phone charge for “checked in with office again to see if they have an updated address”.

Mr. Bushway did me the kindness of providing a consultation. He requested a long list of items to review before making a decision whether or not to represent me - absolutely understand, makes a ton of sense.

What doesn’t is that he took THREE MONTHS to review my information and sent me a letter which arrived 2 days before the statute of limitations made it no longer possible for me to file.

Looking back on the written exchanges with office staff, it is definitely my fault for sticking with them for so long under these conditions. The multiple mistakes and misfilings...I suppose if I had paid more money, things would have gone better. Hopefully, since less than 1/2 of my retainer was used, I can still gather some funds to have the divorce process completed by another attorney.

This group was amazing!! I called them less than 48 hours before my case, and met with them less than 24 hours before my case, Bushway was great! Not only did he represent me and my family well, he explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Which made the process less stressful. I would definitely use this attorney/ group again. I would recommend this group to all my family and friends. Thank you so much for everything.

Mr. Bushway is very thoughtful, professional and thorough. We have used the services of this firm for several years and will continue to do so.

Terrible quality of representation. In the initial interview, this group seems very respectable with fancy clothes and upscale office. After paying $3500, did not receive notification of court date.
Every time I went into office a new person was working who had no idea about anything. I spoke with their associate, Kyle who did not relay important information. In court, Waystack tried to get me to sign a 2 in 10 yr second DUI conviction. Luckily I had done my own research and had put proof of dates divided by more than 10 yrs in her files weeks prior which she would have known about if she had spent any time preparing for my case. After court, would not return emails. In final court date, Waystack spent all of time before court talking to a friend in the lobby instead of me about my case. Once inside she is trying to whisper to me while the Judge is speaking ( only 4 people in the courtroom including us) which seems very disrespectful. In front of judge, Waystack fumbles through old information of past arrests and has all of the timelines and facts messed up which the prosecution easily brings to light making me look like a liar. After court again could not get emails returned. Would not recommend using this group for representation.

HIRE HIM FOR TRAFFIC OFFENSES!
I got arrested one night and got 3 tickets for aggressive driving, speeding and following too closely. I was at risk of having my license suspended and have 12 pts added to my already not so good driving record. Mr. Bushway ended up working with the prosecutor and I walked away with no points being added to my record. Yes that’s right ZERO points added from those tickets. Instead of paying money out of pocket for the fines, they kept the bail money. I could not have asked for a better outcome!!!!! Thank you Mr. Bushway!
