I had an accident September 18th, 2019. The driver hit me in behind by stand still at the light waiting for my turn to go. I thought I had a winning case when it wasnt my fault. Now, I got a notice in the mail in the insurance the lawyers drop me and no longer on my case. My case isnt worth it to them because my damage on my car wasnt serve but I have lifetime of anxiety and back problems. So anybody want better outcome dont go with this firm they only care if you almost die in the accident with your car being toll versus your car being bang up a little. Dont mention my children was in the car and no sincere on them too. Dont call yourself lawyers if you cant do the job right.

I had an accident with no fault of my own. I didn't get my car fully repaired. I was denied medical attention for my injuries. I have 2 herniated disc pressing against my spine and nerves with a torn rotator cuff on the top and side, with a swollen shoulder blade(still) I was not given a means to get to my appointments when I was unable to make them. They just sat back and said when you able to go let us know. WOW... I'm hurt getting shots in my neck and shoulder only to be denied getting attention for my injuries which forced me to settle. I'm still having pains and swelling and unable to work. I have to live in constant pain now thanks to the mom service of this company. Now getting to the settlement part. I signed my settlement documents in November but then I was sent another set of settlement documents in December. But when I signed it in December it reverted to me signing back in November. The explanation given was the first set was internal to get the power of attorney to settle the case. Head scratcher. Then I realized my medical bills are not paid and leaving me to pay them. And I'm still injured. But forced to settle because I couldn't make anymore appointments because I couldn't drive. My medical bills came close to $80,000 and counting, but this company only got from first company $25,000 and still waiting from the other company. I'm currently unable to pay my bills because I can't work. All my utilities have been cut off. Food going bad and my phone is off as well. I can only walk so far before strong pains hit me. So even though I was forced to settle and this company has taken their share out of the first check and the second and charging for things that were already paid. But in the explanation it's all part of the service. I asked for a copy of all documentation obtained and was told I can get it when I pick up my second settlement check. This has been going on since November. This company I feel did not represent me properly or provided me with a service to insure I get well, instead they've only insured that I have to get rehabilitation on my own. Some law firm. I didn't think it would be like this from all the commercials stating one call that's all. The false advertised with me because they didn't help me get to any of my appointments and when I couldn't get there it was like oh well let me know when. By the time I found a way no one would see me because this law firm wouldn't approve the treatment. The treatment center has no reason to lie of an attorney's office. They have nothing to gain from that. Not to mention this law firm advised me to use my own doctor thru my own insurance. Remember I don't have the documents from this law firm of my treatment with the surgeon or therapy. So how can they properly treat me. They would have to do their own assessment which means I got to start from scratch. So this law firm is falsely advertising they help when they don't. But they help themselves to my settlement check. I'm so hurt that I have to be at a house unable to pay my bills and it's cold. My food going bad. I guess this is what happens when you make a comment on their post. They act as though they was for me when all they did was pacify the situation. Just to get money. I want my pain free body back. Which they have failed to do, but can settle ( well not even that ) my case to fatten their pockets. While I sit in pain for the rest of my life. Because of not showing the care stated in their commercials.

I feel like i need to Express my dealings with this frim. I was in an accident over two year's ago. I chose this frim on the promises i listened to on the advertisement . i have been very patient even thourgh the lack of phone calls. i have been dealing with alot of of pain and SUFFERING ,not excluding the anxiety of my experience.,The lack of concern i have experienced throughout my case. I have been though three paralegals and two lawyers. At this point i reached out to a supervisor, whom i thought would listen to my personal feelings and on a professional level. When i received a call back after three attempts ,i immediately was given a very distant tone. I am now feeling like my complant was my fault. please explain to me how that works . I not only deal with severe pain AND now feel has if I am RIGHT where i began (hurt and not knowing what to do.) I am still hopeful that thorugh prayer and commitment prevail over my belief in that i am still in GOOD hands with this FRIM.THANK YOU ALL

Started out with the help and guidance of Jamie Sim and unfortunately ended up with Laurel Green as my case manger. After parting ways with this joke of a firm, I found a lot of my paperwork I emailed to them never made it to the adjuster. The fact that this office has a right to 33% of what I got is sickening.
