Professional and kind hearted. They treat you like family. I have been in there crying before and they made sure they hugged me and made sure Inwas ok before we even got down to who needed to be locked up.

Extremely poor customer service. This firm has zero integrity and will do anything to suck some money out of your pockets. Also, their office smells like a funeral home. Don't waste your time here.

I don't like them because they are prejudice and they are my lawyers for years at least over 20 years and they throw their back on me andy family.. I, have had them to help me with some things in the past and I didn't get the results that I should have gotten because of the color and I have proof I got it on tape....the law tell me that it was because of the color me and my Son and Melanie also turned her back on me Melanie did that but don't get me wrong he got some good lawyers inside that office it just certain people's he got inside his office don't like black people's...

Took my husbands car accident case but a person by the name of Melanie is never available and will not return his calls as to the status of his claim. Unprofessional staff.

He has represent a friend of mine who was hurt in a work related accident in
1995 workman's comp Catastrophic &
Traumatic brain injury Jack told him he was set him up for life .he could get him
4.8 million dollars just sighn over power of attorney to Evan stapers which was an attorney in his lawfirm. He has not received money which he was told. I have heard stories that are a lot similar.

Lazy! Did not prepare my case whatsoever. Tried to force a settlement on me that didn't cover half of my medical bills and withdrew when I refused. I hired a real lawyer and got double what the settlement offer was.

Asked for consultation over the phone, receptionist didn't seem to know much and she left me on hold for a long time. Finally came back saying no one there had handled a case like mine and said to go call another place giving no recommendations. Was polite over the phone, but I couldn't believe she was turning down business.

I went in to speak with a lawyer by the name of Nathaniel. I was told to come back with a small portion just so he can start on my case. I came back with my money in hand and he seriously looked at me and chuckled as if he was shocked I actually came back to his office. Then proceeded to see the fellow who signed in AFTER ME. Overlooking me as if I wasn't there. So I stuck my money back in my wallet and walked out. I was really disappointed with how unprofessional he was and the fact that I actually was going to pay this man to defend me.

This law office is the best. They have worked with me in many ways and they do their job right. Nathaniel is a very respectable and professional attorney. He is the only attorney I will use from now on.
