They were suppose to send eviction letter to my tenant. After 3 weeks no progress. Drew didn't care and Brian gave excuses and thought I was micromanaging to want to know what they had done.

I schedule the majority of my real estate closings with Cloud Willis and Ellis. They are extremely professional, accommodating and provide excellent customer service that my clients expect.

I hired them to collect debt from a tenant who owed me money. They sent automated e-mails showing they collected the money. The problem is when I contacted them about when I will be receiving a check in the mail, they haven't returned my phone calls. So far, their automated e-mails have shown the money is collected, but they haven't remitted the money to me. Their communication is very poor with returning phone calls and e-mails.

Can't reach the business number everytime I call

Very professional group that does a great job in a difficult field. Experience has shown me that they are as effective as anyone in accomplishing the task with absolutely ZERO complaints. Brian, Hunter and the whole crew responded to my needs in a timely fashion. Would recommend without a doubt!

Someone called me about an account. I had no clue what the person was talking about I work in a professional environment so I do understand how to talk to people... However the older woman that called was so rude.... I’m still shocked because I’m not sure why she was so rude to me and hung up in my face. I still don’t understand why she was so unprofessional. I tried calling but it’s just a dead end number

Very rude person called asking for personal information like ssn address saying I needed to verify that before they could tell me anything when I questioned person got loud and rude saying "don't worry bout it I'll ya back" I don't understand what kind of business is ran here and I do not appreciate harassing phones calls they call me at least once 2 twice a day.
