I thought elg was extremely professional. I am early in the process so I do not have a lot of feedback to leave but I will say the office staff is friendly and the medical techs at the screening are professional. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping read my radiology report. I could not ask for anything more at this point in the process. I rate five stars based on this experience.

I opened my deceased father's estate on the advice of ELG in order to receive benefits from his asbestosis claim I mailed them letters testamentary. I called ELG on a regular basis to check on status of claim. I was always told that there was an estate issue. Now, time has run out because my fathers estate has been closed, and ELG has claimed the right to administer the estate ad litem, and the processing of the estate has moved from Jefferson to Baldwin County.

I should have never spent the money, which I need, to open my dad's estate only to be ignored long enough for his estate to be closed. Seems there is no way to win with this group without paying/losing more money. My father would be so saddened to know that these benefits are not available to me. He died 3 1/2 years, and I have done all the right things, according to ELG. I guess if they ignore cases long enough, then they can step in, claim that there is no family representative, and take their cut. I think it is a racket.
