Allison Tipton is awesome! She turned my seller finance paperwork around in one day. She works well with the title company of choice and you can be assured you'll have a smooth transaction closing if you work with Allison and the Maas Law Firm. I love, love, love the fact that they take a "can do" attitude with things like lease options which most RE attorneys will tell you is illegal in TX - ask them, they know how to do what others can or don't bother to do for your real estate investing business!
