Amy is awesome and responding to questions. I was very cautious moving forward with process because I have never experienced filing a lawsuit or finding a law firm that spoke in terms that I could understand. Price - Armstrong has its lawyers who handle the big things on your behalf, but Amy helps you understand the process and responds quickly when you have questions. She makes a scary process less stressful, and takes her time explaining the next steps or provide updates to ensure everyone is on the same page. I am happy to be working with them, and I hope for some good results in the end. That would just be icing on the cake!!
