I can never call and get a attorney on the phone. Call center Jackie is rude and hangs up on me. Can never get straight answers. I'm filing a complaint with the better buisness bureau and I'm bout ready to sue these people.

Hired them to handle an automobile accident liability case where the defendant's insurance did t want to cover my medical costs My attorney and her paralegal were great to work with, and explained everything clearly. Not exactly cheap, but no good attorney is. They won my case, so no complaints here.

I was able to relax because they took care of everything. I was pleased with settlement and the turnaround was quick.

I called this law firm by mistake when trying to call another attorney. Lady who answered told me how great they are, bla, bla, bla. She pressured me to sign a contract after looking up my accident report & telling me they could definitely help me. Then 2 days later they tell me they think my case is too hard to fight for them!! DO NOT CALL this firm. Bad business. I was riding in a vehicle when I spoke to her & she texted a contract to me. I told her I would need to call her back when I got home in about 30 minutes. She called me back twice before I could get home wanting me to sign contract. Now they say it's too hard for them??? I have an appt. With attorney I was trying to call in the first place today. One that successfully handled a case for me years ago.

My Mother had an asbestos lawsuit and was receiving checks monthly off the settlement, until she passed away on 01/10/2016 this was supposed to be a beneficiary settlement meaning my father was supposed to still receive the monthly settlement checks they just stopped coming!! My father called and they told him to mail her death certificate and they’d settle with him .... that’s been 2 + years ago and he has not received a dime. ! I called today and felt I received a runaround excuse that there waiting on more funds to come in ! My mother would still be here if it were not for Valley Products and there asbestos product ( car gaskets ) ! My father deserves this settlement he lives month to month and money doesn’t compensate for losing my mom but it would ease my dads financial burden after the loss of my mom !
